One of the best things I can highlight is that it streamlines the work of the whole team.
What I liked the most is the integration, which is extremely easy. The customer support team is very helpful in solving any doubts that may come up.
There are a lot of things I liked, in particular the amount of features it has.
We are all getting important feedback about Jira only on dedicated Slack channels.

Slack connector to jira always notifies when there is a new task in my board So that I can plan my team's tasks/ priorities upfront.
Beşng notified of the new jira tasks in board helps me check the request details quickly so I can ask a few questions to the request owner immediately. I can also assign the jira request to a proper epic, proper labels and proper sprint. This approach allows me to keep my backlog always organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
