Although the tool is very esay to use and segmentated, it very costly and cost more than just every other team messaging app. Another major drawback is that messages get deketed after 14 days, at time that leds to loss of important conversation or documents. And, before adding, release a beta tester for few people and check with them if it is better or worse than the existing one.
