What do you like best about Skyword360?

I like how TrackMaven provides my team insights into how our social channels are performing. It is also great to see how we can compare year-over-year performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyword360?

I wish there were more efficient ways to generate graphs. It can be a bit manual at times. I also wish there were better ways to track metrics on traditional media. The platform is a bit social-centric and it would be nice to have a 360-degree view on our external communications program as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I could add more accounts to the Brands section. I would like to look at multiple companies in the side by side comparison. It would give it a "Consumer Reports" kind of feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
