What do you like best about Skyvia Backup?

I like that Skyvia Backup's setup was really easy and that it works silently in the background. The pricing is very fair, which is important for our budget. The product saves me 1-2 hours of my time every week, which I really appreciate, and I don't have to worry about handling backups myself anymore. What problems is Skyvia Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a reliable service that we could use to backup up our extensive HubSpot data "offsite". Skyvia checked off all the right boxes. They were dependable, easy to manage and had various options that was suited to what we were looking for.

Setting up our backups were painless, and I was pleased to see that they had various other options that we could utilize if we needed to expand to other services down the road.

Moreover, I must also commend their Support Services. They were quick to respond and did not hesitate to customize a solution for me when the need arose.

"Excellent backup service for SaaS apps"

What do you like best about Skyvia Backup?

We have a number of SaaS apps, such as Asana, which have no good native backup and most SaaS companies don't actually promise to keep your data safe. Skyvia is a great solution for protecting our SaaS data. It's easy to use, reliable, and feature rich.

What do you dislike about Skyvia Backup?

No complaints. I suppose their billing system could be a little better integrated into the product, but it's no big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Skyvia Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most SaaS products like Asana, MailChimp, etc. specifically say that they won't restore your data if it gets lost in any way, including by their own fault. This is rarely a problem, since they are highly reliable, until it's not. We had a client lose their entire 10,000 person mailing list from MailChimp due to storage corruption at MailChimp. They explained that they backup their system as a whole, but that they do not provide data backup for individual accounts and our client was SOL. They had to rebuild their list entirely from scratch. Skyvia solves this problem by connecting to tons of SaaS apps and providing a nightly backup of the data there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skyvia Backup?

When we started setting up we had a small hurdle that backup gave errors for some fields.

What problems is Skyvia Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?

We bought Jira Cloud, which supplies us only a local backup. Their backup takes a long time, and the manufacturer indicated that issues could arise when users modify the database during backup. The backup was not automatic. Skyvia saved us the effort of manual backups, made them secure in a Cloud, and also backs up the Jira configuration, something Jira itself cannot do. So from a remote source (the Cloud) a deleted Jira instance can be completely restored. Fortunately, we have not had to restore our Jira instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
