Very manageable and one place to record and track the transaction related files, their progress and the necessary checklists to save. Easy to add agents, offices and assign the role of agents. The most helpful thing about Skyslope is that all documents are in one spot to be turned in, reviewed, and approved. If anyone needs to go back and find something, it is all in the same spot with minimal searching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Skyslope for 2+ years now and I do not have any major dislikes so far. There are tiny things, like not being able to use the search bar when on the digisign page, but that is easily rectified by just going to the home page (nothing to fret about). For the past 3 years, Compass has used SkySlope. Since day 1, the support that we received from our project manager, Taylor Grossman, has been incredible. There was nothing she couldn't help us with. She always showed a willingness and readiness to support us with every large project and small detail. I am greatly appreciative of her support over the years. The search bar sometimes is slow and need to search twice for a property. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their response time on the support line is very good especially since other transaction management platforms have had hours or days before we can get a response. They have implemented a few changes to make user experience better such as the download all button for the shared bundles. As of late the global search feature hasn't been perfect with search results coming up empty. The Manage Transactions/Listings search, while better is a bit counter-intuitive as if you click the search button it does nothing. You need to wait for a result, choose that and then click search for it to show up. The lack of reporting options is a bit difficult, especially for a large organization with multiple offices. Not being able to pick and choose causes additional work as we need to filter down every report we create.

Occasionally we get roadblocked by Skyslope support who won't do a task that needs "manager" approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Skyslope makes it easy for me to upload documents to my portal for my brokerage to process compliance. It keeps a log of each person who accesses my files to track when somebody processes my commission. At my previous brokerage, we used an in-house database for this service, but I find Skyslope more user-friendly. One thing I love overall about Skyslope is that I can upload the entire contract but then split each page to assign it to the required category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside of Skyslope for me is that it is currently not synced with other databases used for transactions such as Dotloop. I use Dootloop to have buyers and sellers sign their contracts. I then have to save the file as a PDF, upload it to Skyslope, then split the document. If Dotloop could be synced to Skyslope, it would eliminate two of those steps. The support I have received at SkySlope has been exceptional. Our agents love the specificity of the video tutorials. And anytime, I've needed admin assistance, I've received immediate attention from our SkySlope rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to see customizable search and audit features (e.g. ability to select multiple offices to audit at a time; ability for admin to search by checklist type or document). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Skyslope is the iPhone of transaction management, easy to use and easy to navigate. I also like how it favors the Compliance/TC team more than other platforms. Example: Agents can't close their transactions, agents can't approve cancellations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ONE thing I do dislike is that Skyslope does not integrate with all MLS/States with FORMS, yet. We get that concern a lot from our franchises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a number of things - Stages helps us organize our day, Logs help us track who has done what, DigiSign so we don't have to use more than one platform - lots of great features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right now, the Digisign issue - too many emails once a trade is signed, so would really like to see that corrected. Also, would love to see the Stage Filters more user friendly - if you happen to move your cursor away, the box disappears and you have to re-select your stages.
