Using this cloud service we have been able to identify shadow IT within my organization. This has allowed us to block high risk cloud services and encourage our users to use sanctioned cloud providers for corporate data.

When we started our audit we had assume a small number of cloud services were being used by our users, afterward we discovered a large about of unsanctioned and potentially high risk services were being used. With executive sponsorship we have been able to update and enforce new policies around cloud service usage.

In addition we have integrated the SkyHigh Global registry into our cloud service evaluation process, we use the risk rating to help identify which services should be considered for a project, and which can be dropped from our list vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially the administrator interface was slow and sometimes screens would never load. However, over that last couple of updates performance has increase greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
