What do you like best about Skipso?

I have noticed that how Skipso does it right in so far as award submission is concerned. That is all centralized which is excellent for both the participants to submit the materials and the judges to access the entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skipso?

It is hard to monitor the progress of submissions when skipso prescribes deadlines. I have no way of knowing when they are coming up as regards entries i am to judge and this results in my missing deadlines and working under pressure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skipso?

Skips is an app that works similar to having a packaged innovation consultant in just a couple of taps. They held our hands through the entire process of remodelling our participant’ journey from a chaotic experience to engaging. The knowledge of them in running the workflow by smartly working in our major requirements helped us that much. Furthermore, its working is quite simple, so all of our different group members had no problem using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skipso?

The app is incredible, but it would be wonderful if it covered the advanced analytics to monitor progress and participants' engagement over time. On reporting capabilities, there still is a need to improve the management information system. The application of efficient data analytics and reporting tools is a must in order to develop a system that gives us detailed information and meets our expectations of better planing and decision-making. What problems is Skipso solving and how is that benefiting you?

Skipso freed us from looking into spreadsheets and search queries, putting all the challenge management workflow in one place and automatically increasing engagement of participants. What's more is that we can now and very easily not only source sustainable strategies, assess and choose on one user-centered platform, but implement innovative solutions to local problems as well. Skipso's outstanding ability is definitely its highly individualized, fast and personable customer support. Communication is uncomplicated at all times and requests are processed and implemented in the shortest possible time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you really want to criticize something about working with Skipso, it is the fact that due to the incredible speed of processing requests, sometimes the quality of implementations suffers a bit on a high level. Skipso is helping us to build a platform that will initially bundle all innovation activities internally, from idea campaigns or open calls to scouting activities of the relevant market environment, and in the medium to long term also open up this innovation process to the outside world, thus enabling true open innovation. What problems is Skipso solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coming in new to the innovation space and managing a innovation project was extremely daunting (in our case, it was running a first ideathon in the company). They were quick to offer advice on how to get started. What they offer was a self administration module, it was intuitive to get organised. And whenever we reached out for support, they are quick to response to queries. What do you like best about Skipso?

I had the pleasure of using Skipso's solution for two idea management campaigns that involved (with different profiles) about 20K people. The platform offers all the necessary tools for managing ideas, including the ability to categorize and evaluate them. The voting and commenting features in particular encouraged active participation from the participants. One of the features I appreciated the most is its intuitiveness, which allowed even those less experienced with technology to use the platform without any difficulty.
