I used skillsoft many times for virtual learning in the corporate world. It allows users to take virtual courses at their own pace and has many options such as captions to help learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When looking for a learning management system, Skillsoft stood out above and beyond some of the other options we looked at in terms of options and how ease it was to use. We wanted a system that not only our leadership team could use, but something that our front line staff could use to help develop their skills depending on what career path they wanted to take. Having such a vast collection of learning options, Skillsoft was a little over whelming at first. Our leadership development team had to take sometime to determine which coarse would best suit out employees developmental needs. Now that we've created that structure, using SkillSoft is a breeze. integration is key for Skillsoft... due to it’s huge inventory of course content... incl. categorization.. it has continued to expand overall content, so key compliance, basic skills, etc.. are offered, thus eliminating local development and maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

S9metimes slow to support unique tech integration.. for older platforms... also, base full functional package is more expensive that other offerings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Skillsoft Percipio is super user friendly and makes it easy to locate hundreds of training topics from professional development skills to IT specific. I love that it provides a variety of learning options (on-line courses, books, audio-books, book summaries, learning channels...and ability to use mobile devices!) With Skillsoft 8.0, I struggled with the Search engine and courses seemed old and outdated. We recently converted to Percipio. The Search capabilities are fabulous and I no longer struggle to find something relevant to my topic. Course content is more current and up to date. Would be nice to have a user dashboard that provide more time tracking, so I know how long I spent on something and when Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
