The Training 360 module provides a comprehensive view of employee learning and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records, while the Training Events Management feature supports the scheduling and administration of instructor-led or virtual sessions. Additional tools include Compliance Declarations for capturing staff disclosures, Compliance Registers for approvals such as gifts and hospitality or conflicts of interest, and Compliance Surveys to gather employee feedback on conduct and culture. For financial services firms, the portal also includes SMCR Registers, designed to assist with the management of Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) obligations by consolidating role responsibilities, certifications, and regulatory attestations.
