What do you like best about Skillate?

I like the skillate's resume parcer. It truly has AI capabilities with the high degree of accuracy; for example email ID, phone number, past company etc can we captured automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skillate?

I wish there was some way to link Skillate with LinkedIn or monster.com or naukri.com using some API code so that candidates can directly apply via skillate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skillate?

I like the convenience of not having to switch between email and ATS while using Skillate. I send mails directly from this platform now. It is especially easier to send bulk emails depending upon the stage of hiring the candidates are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skillate?

Not being able to add images to the mails, especially signature line, is a shortcoming. Another thing I do not like is that the "activity" section which is supposed to show all communications sent to a candidate does not show interview invitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Skillate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Application Tracking System was manual and it meant that keeping candidates updated with their current status was impossible, considering that we are a lean team. Reduces a lot of time in scheduling the interviews and gathering the feedback from the Panels.

User Friendly and easy to use and it gives us quality profiles in terms of Screening process.

Resume Parser will helps us in fetching the details of the candidates

Easily post the jobs in different job portals.

Easily to move the candidates from one stage to another stage.
