Sketchboard for G Suite offers a wide range of useful features which include brainstorming,content management, discussion boards, project management, real time editing, task management, version control and many others. It contains a free trial which is very helpful for users to judge how it works for their needs. The free version works for well for those who cannot afford the paid version. It can be used to create diagrams, maps and charts to make the meeting more visually apealing. It streamlines the business and also integrates with other softwares like Slack, Google Drive and many more. Data can be exported in pdf and other formates according to your own needs. Sketchboard for G Suite is available only in one language that is English so it is difficult to use for people who are not native english speakers. It helps me and my teams collaborate on new alteryx work flow ideas because we can sketch out the processes and work in real time which is way easier than emailing or google chatting. This software is the definition of the dream come true. I really love it. It is simple enough for anyone to pick up and use during a video meeting and supports brainstorming and discussion without breaking the flow of ideas. Sketchboard is the most powerful Whiteboard in the market if your intention is help people who need to be productive visually, and online. The biggest con that I can put on this software, is the text on the board. It can be annoying the fact, that if you don't know how to draw, the experience with this software can be very, very difficult, and frustrating.
