**What do you like best about Size and fit finder by Prime AI?**

The Prime AI team is very accommodating, and nothing is too much to ask, from customizing the widget itself to precisely what we wanted to customizing the backend to obtain the statistics that are most relevant to our business. In my experience working with numerous third-party providers, Michael and his team's reaction times, expertise, and approachability rank among the best. The widget's excellent functionality has significantly enhanced the client experience.

**What do you dislike about Size and fit finder by Prime AI?**

There is room to improve the front-end design. To truly provide results that are helpful, you must have enough data. Having one is difficult for small businesses.

**What problems is Size and fit finder by Prime AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really enjoy the monthly reports that offer a deeper analysis and go beyond size suggestions to include UX and CRO. The statistics it offers are enlightening and incredibly helpful as well.
