We used Sitemark to cover drone surveys for a percentage of our solar farm portfolio last year and have given them the full portfolio to fly for us this year, based on last years success. They have been contacted multiple times with many questions and have always come back to me quickly and with as helpful an answer as possible. They have gone above and beyond to assist us with any queries and I'm rally happy to continue using their services. The only issue we've had is the documents we provide not always being lined up correctly with their images so sometimes the string layouts are incorrect, but we have found ways around this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My first experience using Sitemark software was in 2019, for a roof project in Belgium.

After almost 6 years, Sitemark is still an extremely valuable tool that we use for the majority of our solar projects.

Its browser interface make it accessible to any stakeholder needing information about the project.

As a designer, I used it to double-check the exact location of the installation already from the design phase and the possibility to compare the construction site at different timeframes, helps improving the efficiency of any decision making process during construcion.

It can be used together with all main commercial design software, thanks to the flexible import/export function.

Mostly what i appreciate is the follow-up and regular update of the tool depending of customer's request. The ability to share report, platform access with third-party is also usefull. It's really easy to train someone on this platform are it's absolutely intuitiv. Even when i faced some issues or concern the customer support is always prompt to answer and i use the platform for more than 5 years not every day but on regurlar basis as it's very helpful to claim module's manufacturers. What is also great is the ease with which we can integrate a new solar plant in the system and then the implementation which our drone pilot is also easy for him. Il serait intéressant d'avoir encore plus de flexibilité dans la personnalisation des rapports et des rendus, notamment pour générer des documents Word ou Excel sur-mesure. Une petite amélioration sur la prise de photos directement via mobile ou tablette simplifierait encore davantage le travail sur le terrain. Wir waren 2023 auf der suche nach einer digitalen Lösung für unsere Thermogrpahie Inspektionen und haben uns nach einer größeren Marktrecherche für Sitemark entschieden. Zwei Jahre später kann ich sagen dass es auf jeden Fall die richtige Entscheidung war!

Auch wenn wir die Software primär für die Zustandsüberwachung im Betrieb angeschafft haben, sind mittlerweile über 70 interne User, welche Sitemark an verschiedenen Stellen täglich nutzen, angemeldet und mehrere Tochgerunternehmen haben eigene Unternehmens-Logins. Wir haben nicht nur einen vollen digitalen Zwilling bekommen, sondern auch eine Software Lösung welche über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette (Projekt Planung, Umsetzung und Betrieb) eine großartige Lösung bietet. Neue Anlage ist schnell erstellt und die Referenzlayer (PDF oder CAD Datei) in wenigen Minuten eingebunden.

Auch unsere eigene Instandhaltung nutzt die Field Link App, was es im Backoffice viel einfacher macht die Tätigkeiten im Feld zu tracken. Welcher Techniker macht schon eine SAP-Meldung oder einen Report für ein paar ausgetauschte Sicherungen?! Seit wir Sitemark einsetzen können die Kollegen das einfach vor Ort in der App kurz markieren und Kommentieren (und sie tun es nun auch gerne!).

Sobald ich in einer technischen Diskussion oder einem Beratrungsgespräch die Software aufrufe um meine Punkte zu verdeutlichen sind alle begeistert wie Übersichtlich es ist und wie einfach es geht Daten abzurufen oder Tickets zu eröffnen. Das ist wahrscheinlich der grund warum die Software bei uns im Unternehmen ein Selbstläufer ist und immer mehr Kollegen einen Zugang wollen.

Bei dem sehr regelmäßigen Kontakt mit Sitemark kann man die Zielstrebigkeit erkennen mit der die Software entwickelt wird und welchen Wert Sitemark einem guten Support zukommen lässt. Da Sitemark höchsten Wert auf stabilität der Software legt und lieber alles mehrmals prüft bevor der release kommt dauern neue Integrationen leider länger als erhofft. We've been using Sitemark services for our customers for the past four years. I absolutely love their solutions, the investment they make in constant improvements and feature additions, and their UI. The platform is very user-friendly.

Sitemark offers the best aerial thermography platform in the market. The user friendly platform offers a detailed and comprehensive overview of currently on-going PV panel issues that need to be addressed. The many features allow for easy follow up and resolution in the field. Sitemark's customer support is professional and quick. First time users receive proper training and onboarding so they can easily implement the platform features and inspection results into their workflow. I would like that the software allowed you to update thermal data from inverters, string-boxes and other installation actives.
