## Sitejet Reviews
  ### 1. Fast, Reliable Hosting That’s Easy to Manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric B. | International Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

My website hosting plan has been great: it’s fast, reliable, and very easy to manage. Over the last five years, I honestly couldn’t even tell you when my websites went down—if they ever did. I access my email through Sitejet, and I’ve never had any issues with that either. Building the website was straightforward, and it’s just as easy to update whenever I need to.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Over the last few years, I haven’t seen any major updates. It would be great to add some AI website-building functionality to help improve my website’s design. I’d also like to build an ecommerce shop, and unfortunately you have to pay extra through an external solution. I wish this could be included as part of the hosting plan.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I host my corporate websites on Sitejet, and I need a reliable hosting solution—this is exactly what it delivers. The service is good and fast, and my websites are always online.

  ### 2. Insanely good support!

**Reviewed by:** KurumiXchan . | Verkäufer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

The website builder is easy to understand even for beginners. You can easily get into it. The support is extremely comprehensive and very helpful! Every silly question is answered with a lot of patience. I was even helped with cosmetic errors on my website. I am simply thrilled!

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Since I am still new, nothing comes to mind at first. So far, I am completely satisfied.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a beginner without any background knowledge in web design, I initially had difficulties learning how to use the software. But through simple trial and error and especially thanks to the great support, I quickly learned to handle the site for my standards.

  ### 3. amazing experience!

Simplicity and flexibility. It offers a user-friendly interface that makes designing a professional website incredibly easy, even if you have no prior experience. The drag-and-drop features are intuitive, and the variety of customizable templates allows you to create a unique look that matches your brand.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

I honestly can't find anything to complain about with sitejet. It’s incredibly user-friendly, packed with customizable features, and runs smoothly without any glitches. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced designer, the platform offers everything you need to create a stunning website with ease. It’s a solid, well-rounded tool that does exactly what it promises.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 4. Potential game changer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir C. | Founder + Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

It truly is a cutting-edge web design platform. What I love about the medium is the ability to convert anything to usable software. We were able to convert our simple script to project management software.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Long ways to go to compete against Squarespace and Wix at this point. Those are the apparent leaders in this marketspace. But doable in this type of environment we're in now.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beautiful landing page to attract more customers. I just wish they had better options for backend integrations like E-commerce, analytics, integration with shipping companies, etc.

  ### 5. So good that you can ignore

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Sitejet is a complete solution to manage projects, create websites, customer support. It's easy to use with many good templates that you can select, or build by yourself.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Need more templates about Digital service and integration with some EMS.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy web design with many templates. Just pick one and go.

  ### 6. all in one crm/cms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chief_ M. | 255A - Information Systems Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

It is a comprehensive drag and drop website builder as well as a Customer management pannel. Everything in one place for all the sites and all the customers. Feedback is very easy and straight forward. Links can be sent to anyone and feedback appears all in the dashboard. This feedback can then be dropped as tasks for yourself or for the team. Very intuitive and straightforward. You can incorporate the whitelable stuff and email so that every email interaction is routed through the dashboard. all messages in and out are seen in the dashboard. The very first thing I noticed about the builder is the timer in the top left corner. This is something that I think every freelance/agency tool should have out of the box. For me this one thing is what makes a huge difference. I can track my work time hands free and see all of the totals in the dashboard (for billing purposes). why no one else has prioritized this small feature is beyond me. The company uses their own tool to run their business as well so you know they will keep things up to date and fix any problems immediately. The community is wonderful and the team is really responsive on everything. Lots of help and tutorials to be found in the community.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Right now its been a little buggy with some of the normal functions. I have been trying to push the tool to its logical limits of course and providing feedback to the team along the way. They are always getting back to me in a very timely manner. The company is German so there is a little time lag between responses but that is to be expected. I feel the tool is simple enough for beginners and robust enough for advance webdev people. Their current hosting is in Europe but they will be opening North American hosting in the very near future. This ends up causing a little speed degration when working on the USA side of the pool.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

If you need something to slingshot your web design agency (or any agency really) this is an all-in-one tool that will bring you amazing results!

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im actually able to start fleshing out a full fledged agency. I am a team of one and trying to piece together tools to build my business has always been a challenge. With this tool I feel I can not only do webdev stuff and build products but I also have a very robust dashboard and ability to interact with all my clients in one simple place. Whether I am building a website for them or not, whether I end up hosting their website somewhere else. I have complete flexibility.

  ### 7. Easiest CMS Platform For Novices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deion S. | Deion Shawn, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

When i started with Sitejet, i found it easy to navigate. I have used many other platforms before, however Sitejet is, in my opinion, by far the best in terms of flexibility and simplicity for a novice. I accidentally deleted my site, and support was excellent in helping me retrieve all my data from the last saved backup. Another feature i like most in the site settings is detecting your logo colors and adjust sites primary colors for coherence throughout. The upside is easily finding tutorials for any challenge you might face which is super awesome. Now they've added an Academy to teach their clients how make the most of the platform as well as ways to grow their own businesses *****

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

There simply aren't enough site templates at this stage for the various niches that exist, maybe in time they will add new templates, the downside is not being able to embed live chat or bots on any of the sites. What would really be helpful for startups is incorporating into the CMS growth tools (seo, analytics, heatmaps, pageviews etc)

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Highly recommend without any reservation. Phenomenal resource with lots of ready to use options.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sitejet's CMS is simply innovative; i can literally complete a demo site for a customer in a matter of hours which can be viewed on any device, and i can have feedback almost instantly. I have complete confidence in Sitejet , i have seen them change from having a bunch of templates to adding 21 new templates in a matter of months, since i signed up, which allow me to broaden my service scope. The stats feature in the dashboard gives you a mirror view feedback on your progress as an agency to gauge whether you're doing as well as you think you are in terms of design, deliver ability and customer acquisition.

  ### 8. This is a Great Web Design Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigail K. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

I loved that this tool allowed me to collect all of the information right in the system and then I could build the site right from what was collected. It made building websites so much easier! I love being able to ask specific questions about what types of content my clients want to put into their sites, and then receiving exactly what they want!

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

There were some troubles when the client didn't have everything together and they didn't know what to put into a specific field. Sometimes the fields were a little vague as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

I highly recommend using this program, it will save you so much time! It cuts out all the back and forth and allows you to put everything in one place so that it's all together when you're building your clients websites!

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving problems like collecting all the information I needed to build a specific website, this allowed the process to go so much quicker, I could input what I needed and then send to the client and once received back I had what I needed to get the website built! My main benefit was saving time, I didn't have the back and forth with emails or on the phone with what the client wanted, it was all straightforward and put into perspective how it would look on their site.

  ### 9. An excellent alternative to WordPress

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harvey S. | Programmer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

I've been using WordPress to create client websites but recently looking for a simpler, more integrated solution. SiteJet really met this requirement with a platform facilitating the design, requirements gathering, site-building/SEO and tracking of additional content or changes once the site is live.
The WYSIWYG drag and drop site builder itself is very intuitive and easy to use, with handy live guidance provided. The site can be previewed at any time during the design process, including all of its responsive views (for mobile, tablet, desktop etc) which is incredibly useful.
There are also plenty of templates and 3rd party integrations to get started with which has definitely increased my productivity.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

As a WordPress user, the possibilities for extending the platform are not quite on the same par. This is understandable as WordPress has an enormous community of contributors, and of course plugins available are of varying quality.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have an integrated publishing platform. Where SiteJet really shines is its collaborative tools, helping synchronise projects workflows with clients and team members.

  ### 10. A feature rich website design and management portal for agencies/web designers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Sitejet makes it easy to create magnificent websites easily, manage them all in one portal, while allowing customers to give feedback and edit content. Sitejet is very open to features requested by it's users, which is makes it a very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Sitejet is a relatively new platform and it is constantly changing and being upgraded. You have to pay attention to all of the updates, or you will get left behind in using the platform. Nevertheless, due to the fact I use alot of tools, this is a good and bad thing. Mostly good!

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Sitejet is a website design and management platform that you will be very happy with using. it is constantly being updated, and the admins are very receptive to user ideas for improvement.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sitejet allows me to manage customer and my personal sites all in one place, utilizing top flight web templates and drag and drop sectional interface. It's really fun to use, the designs are amazing, and you can get a site done quickly, all while getting customer feedback. Great platform.

  ### 11. Fast, simple, beautiful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annemarie D. | Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

I like that I can whip out websites in no time and get my clients up and running right away. I can meet their business needs and create stunning websites. I love that you can easily edit every part of the website in a WYSIWYG editor, as well as give the client editable access to certain areas.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

I haven't come across anything I dislike yet. It does everything I need it to do, so I can't complain. If I HAD to list something, the only thing is I wish it offered stock images in the system so I don't have to use another service. It would make it even faster to just have everything right there.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

If you are looking for something quick, simple, and good looking, give SiteJet a try. There are a lot of different web design systems out there, but I think this one is one to definitely try out.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My clients want to get their site up fast, and this helps me do that. I can create a unique site in a fraction of the time as manually creating them with other CMSs. I have used Joomla, WordPress, and ModX, but love how SiteJet is just as simple.

  ### 12. Great for individuals or agencies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James P. | Co-Owner, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Sitejet has a lot of templates which look good out of the box with little to no changes. If you are putting together several niche sites they can be a great place to start, and if you are running an agency they can make getting a demo for a client fast and easy. Their templates are easy to deploy and edit and they have continued to do updates throughout the year. Their support is fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. They do occasionally send out a newsletter, but they never spam your inbox like some other site builders out there. I think their prices are reasonable for the quality of service that they provide.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Not really an issue with Sitejet specifically, but as with any new platform there is a bit of a learning curve to get it to do what you want. They could also use some more templates for different niches. Aside from that, the only other dislike would be that it doesn't have the total freedom that Wordpress offers, because if for whatever reason the company goes out of business or stops doing updates you could have issues getting your site and content somewhere else.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's fast and easy to get sites built and deployed vs some other site builders which can be really confusing or complicated. If you are making niche websites they tend to be small anyway so having a template that looks good out of the box is a huge help for getting them up quickly and because they aren't on WordPress you don't need to worry out plugin vulnerabilities and updates,

  ### 13. Modern Website Builder for Modern Websites

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike Lester R. | Systems Head, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

After years of working on ground up websites (HTML, CSS) and Wordpress CMS, finally someone thought of combining all the best practices for building yours and your client websites. I like the very guided navigation inside the Sitejet platform. The quality of the templates has definitely improved in the last couple of months. The platform is built for everything that you would need for your own website or build your website business. Hosting, website editing, emails, and customer data like a mini CRM.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

The one feature that I did not like about the platform is that I am not able to connect subdomains. Only root domains are accepted.

Also with the guided tour, for some reason, it does not continue to the next steps. Would be better if I can tick off the list!

Also, I have been trying to find some place where I can embed a live chat and I cannot find any settings!

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Overall, I think the platform improves overtime and has a lot of potential to be a top website builder. Right now the platform still remains an option for me to build client websites on as a web agency. Maybe consider some whitelabel options, add billing for customers, consider subdomains, and have better control on the Header and Footer coding (without doing HTML changes).

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem or challenge with Website building is that you need several tools to get your website up and running. You need hosting, page builder, email system, feedback system, and crm to make sure things are on track. With Sitejet, I am able to have all these things inside the platform.

  ### 14. Fantastic Experience for Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PJ S. | Mr, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Sitejet provides an all-in-one package for clients and is far easier to use than alternatives such as WordPress. Moreover, the pricing is really fair considering what is included e.g. SSL, CDN. One of my favourite features is the responsiveness options which make it really easy to visualise what the site will look like on different devices. I also really like the help button which guides you through the steps to build a site, it makes it very very easy to get started especially for newbies.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

I would like even more granular control over certain SEO aspects such as schema markup. This may already be included and I am just not aware of it, but if it is included it needs to be highlighted more.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted an easy to use website builder for my less technically savvy clients who are all micro SMEs. Sitejet has been very easy to use for many of them.

  ### 15. With Sitejet It's possible to build a website just for one hour

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Svitlana P. | Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

It's really easy to create a live website with a custom domain, certified protection etc. Especially if you have never dealt with domain connections, security certificates and all this stuff. Very smart solution for web designers since we could show the live website for customers and involve them in the process to receive instant comments and feedback, or even allow content corrections. It's never being so easy to organize such an effective website building process.

If you have many websites, you could easily manage them in one system. Forget about domain expiring!
Great knowledge base, video tutorials and support!

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

There were some small issues with UI. But it's a normal process when you start to deal with a new program or system. Sometimes it was complicated for me to find needed menu item or button, but video tutorials were definitely helpful to solve my problems.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

If you are searching for the effective process of website building, that could be managed in one system just with a simple login from any device, you've just found out it. This is Sitejet.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you need to build a draft page template for clients with all content provided in advance, Sitejet will simplify this process. There are a lot of well designed ready to use templates. Of course, it's possible to customize them with drag and drop functionality or with custom HTML and CSS. Anyway, it's free to try the application and to make your own conclusions.

  ### 16. It was extremely easy to setup my website

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giacomo G. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

I already have experience in building websites using Wordpress as a CMS. Although, I wanted to try Sitejet thanks to the good reviews and I must admit that it worked perfectly and allowed to save some time (roughly 20% I'd say) in building informative websites template. I used mainly for that with an individual licence. I used some code to customize few things but in general it's very rich of features.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

I'm a bit worried it's trying to achieve too much in too short amount of time. You can see it's still growing and suffer of some glitches every now and then.
I'd say it's part of the growing process, hence I think I'd keep using it together with Wordpress.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned before I mainly used it for front-end only websites and allowed me to save roughly 20% of times thanks to its templates and built-in features.

  ### 17. Easy to use and a very nice support team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

In comparison with other website build services, Sitejet is better because they give you the possibility to build a beauty and responsive website using an intuitive build tool, actually Sitejet have the grain possibility to build and fully customize a nice website without using code, but if you need code it, Sitejet give you the possibility to do it, I really like the tools and possibilities that Sitejet give you in your hand to build a powerful website.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

The only thing that I consider can be add more features is for the website templates, Sitejet have multiple useful templates, but maybe can be powered with more features becasue do not show all the possibilities that Sitejet can do, most of them are so simples.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

The easy and useful website creator tools

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my Company we was searching a website builder service "Fast, Easy and Saving" solution and Sitejet have it and more, In the past, we had problems to get an easy platform to use but with Sitejet now we can focus on other things because now Sitejet can hand our website online.

  ### 18. Amazing Saas!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emin B. | Geschäftsführer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

- easy-to-use interface
- to-do feature are nice for agencies.
- no coding needed
 - for those who just want to deploy websites quickly or don't want to have the learning curve for WP plugins etc.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

- Templates could be a bit more polished
- Most temples are parallax and some more work could be done
- No white label on professional plan
- The web hosting cost for websites are a bit much

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visually, the templates are really impressive - I’ve opted not to do too much customization of designs in order to keep the project fast. The layout of the platform is sleek once you get used to it, and there are a lot of features that I could see appealing to someone working on many more pages than I happen to be doing right now.

  ### 19. I've been a Wordpress dev, for many years which often things stop working. I now prefer SiteJet.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric B. | Web developer and agency owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

What I like best about SiteJet is that it is an all-in-one project, client and team management system. I was stoked to see that as I new how much time it would save being able to manage project development, and communication with clients and team members in one place. I also really like the feature to send a client a link for collecting website content which they submit vs a bunch of back and forth emails, and a the ability to send a client a link to preview and leave notes directly on the webpage that is in progress.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

What I dislike most is the learning curve of a new platform, however as I'm getting more and more familiar with the platform I'm impressed by the ease and built-in features and functionality. However the learning curve isn't so bad due to their support being quick to reply which was a big plus for me. They also have solid video tutorials.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Watch their dashboard walk through video. If you can't find it on their website, email support to get the link. Be patient with the learning curve as it is worth getting passed that. After that it's an easy platform to use. Plus use their support. I emailed support a bunch and never sensed any negative attitude in their replies despite how many questions I asked.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actually SiteJet has given me a renewed excitement toward web development. I was literally thinking of quitting due to the frustrations of Wordpress plugins being glitchy and or not working, or one plugin breaking another plugin etc. Then a buddy told me about SiteJet. I realized the features I spoke about in the previous section do save a bunch of time and headaches. once you get past the learning curve phase, however again they do have a thorough video tutorials which walk you though things.

  ### 20. Easy to use HTML Editor and lots of useful templates to start with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sureshbabu M. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

SiteJet has one of the easiest to use HTML editor that I have come across. I have been using WordPress editors to create my site but recently I am just using SiteJet editor to create my new pages and just export the HTML to use in WordPress. It comes with lots of useful Templates so getting started is real easy. I have been really impressed with their feature set so far.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

I wish they allow me to customize the JS files used so I can have more control over what comes out when I do export of the pages.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was in the market to find and editor that spits out or exports a light weight HTML/CSS/JS code for landing pages and website pages. I found SiteJet to satisfy my requirement at great price point.

  ### 21. Just need to give it a try!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodolfo B. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

I like how everything comes together. the design structure, how easy is to manage the code if you need some more details added, the dashboard giving you an overview off all your sites and easily identify where you need to work on, whether is a project or handle a customer request.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

The part I struggle with was the learning curve, when I decided to try Sitejet I didn't know where to start or how it worked. Fortunately they have a dedicated help documentation and videos that helps me a lot.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

The only thing I can say is: "give it a shoot", Try it. It really can simplify things for you

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me is has become much easier create a site and keep the customer involved along the way. I do finish projects in less time.

  ### 22. So far so good!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny L. | Owner/Educator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

I'm still quite new to Sitejet, but have used Wordpress which I didn't enjoy and Squarespace which can get expensive for big projects. I'm developing a new Blog which will gradually expand into a bigger project. So far it's looking good and everything is working well. There is still a learning curve as with any new tool and you have expectations about how it should work but it looks at the moment as though it will give me everything I need.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

It would be good to have some more templates and at the moment it does not feel very intuitive but it's probably just a learning curve.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Watch the videos first and be prepared for the learning curve that comes with a new tool

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up a blog and website for a new project.

**Reviewed by:** Samantha F. | Freelancer + Office Manager & Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

It is hard to choose what I like best working with Sitejet but if I had to choose one thing then it is handsdown the ability for interaction with clients throughout the whole design and development of their website. It streamlines the process and allows the client to feel more involved. After all it is their business and site.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

There is nothing that I dislike with Sitejet or atleast nothing worth mention. Even the pricing is reasonable and the fact that I got it FREE for one year was an added bonus through a special deal I recieved.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem solved with Sitejet is COMMUNICATION with clients. It streamlines the time it takes to build a full site. The ready made templates are a great starting point.

With the Simple CMS and the boatload of templates for so many different industries its like a 1 man team can look like a 20 man company the speed is key it's easy for me to get my clients up and in lights where we can test sites so we can make clean and efficient updates based on there needs

  ### 26. Pleasurable

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Backup and security is what matters most to me as a database administrator and i score Sitejet high on this two. You can design a site in non-destructive way as along as you save a backup copy of your original site.
Sitejet is magnificent when setting a team of web professionals to work and collaborate on a website project. This alone separates them from other rival companies out there and i really do think they need to promote this aspect more. You can assign different task to team members and restrict administrative privileges to team members working a site project. It's the best project manager tool i have seen on a website builder platform.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

They do need to churn out more helpful video content tutorials that address the complexities of their platform.
There is no way to extend the functionality of a website to accommodate dynamic content something that suits the needs of companies like restaurants, hotels...

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

It's great at reducing the time spent on building a website. The project feature wil improve your workflow with team members.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the project management from the dashboard to work with greater efficiency.

  ### 27. It looks promising

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

I think one of the most important feature Sitejet has is the abilty to pull website assets from an existing website and import it to a new one. It really makes the process of creating a new website painless.
The introduction of the white label feature is a delight for me as that boost my credentials as a professional web designer. The logo, site color and favicon can be tweaked to fit the look and feel of a web agency.
You surprisingly get conversion rate optimization tool has a bonus to gauge how well or how bad you website performance is at the moment.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

The dashboard looks overwhelming. Yep you get all the bells and whistles but it's not that intuitive for a beginner. It will take a bit of some time to learn all the features embedded in the webbuider.
The website template lacks a search field where i can type the sort of template i'm looking for. I have go to the rigors of looking at all the templates to find the type of website template i'm looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Give a shot.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website management is resolved seamlessly.

  ### 28. Best for collect feedback and create amazing websites

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumeet M. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

It's the most powerful yet simplest tool on the internet you need for every step, from ideation, prototyping to the collection of the necessary feedback and putting your website live. The pre-built super sleep templates library is also a super useful repository. Secondly, the assigned email feature is also very significant for sharing the content on the go.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

There's nothing as such. We wish to have more CRO and A/B testing features.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While building a new and improved website for our startup we've gone through a few tools but none of them as feature pack as the site jet. The pre-development feedback and analytics are super amazing features.

  ### 29. Incredible CMS for agencies looking for a all-in-one solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

The interface is super simple allowing you to deploy websites quickly without the learning curve or depth involved in building with WordPress. Templates are responsive and look modern with most industries covered with multiple options. You can also create your own or reach out to the SItejet team for help. I recently joined the Slack community with 2800 members who discuss interesting industry topics and a great source of help and inspiration.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Support for subdomains is limited. It's not possible to map a subdomain directly to Sitejet because there is a subdomain functionality built-in. This limits its use for creating landing pages on a subdomain directly as the top-level domain needs to be attached to a website.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starting an agency requires a lot of effort and tooling, this does a good job of client management and providing the basis of what will be required of your team. It's worth your consideration and an easy way to get your first clients to build a portfolio.

  ### 30. Quick and easy website builder that does not leave the quick and easy feel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Getting a good looking result quickly - I need to create small websites often and this proved to be a better alternative for that use than to start a new wordpress and use some premium theme. It is easier and you can also involve your client into the process. I create this as a side thing, usually for friends who own small businesses and for that purpose it is a good and easy solution. Also, it needs just a bit of tweaking to look rather good, so if you don't need a masterpiece, but a good solution for a decent website, and have basic understanding of how things work, this is a good tool.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

As for any web based tool that allows you to produce websites out of the box there are some trade offs that you'll have to accept in terms of design and features. I believe that even these could be fixed but for me the solution was good enough and in most cases I did not want to invest additional time into achieving everything to be pixel-perfect in the way I would like it to. As said before, for me this is a quick and easy solution producing good results (i.e. not focusing on perfect results).

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage to create a good looking website for my friends' small businesses very quickly and they are rather satisfied with the resulting website.

  ### 31. Fully Self Contained Web Design Platform Suitable Fro Freelancers & Agencie

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

I love the fact that Sitejet is a carefully thought out web design system which makes it possible to quickly and easily to view the status of multiple projects, all at once in one single place. This makes it a great platform for freelancers and agencies for whom a streamlined workflow is key to delivering projects on time and within budget. The client view ensures everyone is on the same page (literally and figuratively!) and makes working remotely with clients as seemless. Workflow automations are a very cool and unique feature which will save you hours fiddling around with Zapier or integromat.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

No particular to Sitejet but all web designer platforms -> Would like to be able to export sites to standalone for real peace of mind longterm.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a word going forward for 2020 -> scalability. I have spent the last 2 years evaluating multiple platforms and solutions for building a low touch high return scalable web design business for 2020 and Sitejet has emerged the clear winner.

  ### 32. A Great Alternative to Wordpress with Hosting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela B. | Owner/Makeup Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

I like that Sitejet contains all the elements you need for an online presence. You can easily build your site, host it and monitor it. It has a step by step structure to help you build your own site or to collaborate with clients and/or teammates.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

I'd like to see more variations of website templates and the cost for Sitejet is not cheap. However, if you are using various services to pull together your online presence - then you may save some money with SiteJet.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I typically use Wordpress - and still do - however Sitejet really does make the website design process more streamlined.

  ### 33. A must Have for anyone that wants to create beautiful sites without the complexity of WP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Extremely easy to create amazing websites and manage them all in one place. Another benefit is that it allows customers to provide feedback and edit content. Super user-friendly and customer-centric philosophy allowing users to request features. I really like the interface and also the fact that customer support is amazing and they are constantly making improvements to the product

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Since it is a new platform it is still experiencing some growing pains and some constant upgrades, make sure that you are monitoring and understanding all of the updates. However, they are on top of the product and the constant improvements give me confidence that they will continue to care about the app.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Try it, you will be very happy at how easy it is o use and how beautiful the templates are

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing all customer and personal sites all in one place is a great time saver. Also, the templates are of top quality and easy to manipulate with their drag and drop interface. I am super happy with the amazing designs, which result in a beautiful site that is made quickly and easily.

  ### 34. Excellent tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

After spending years designing Wordpress sites, I have been looking all the the time looking for what SiteJet provides . What I like most is the fact that every detail about the platform has obviously been designed by people who actually worked and realized they need to piece together everything to run a design business.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Too much focus on Parallax, not sure if this is what future will bring. I'm sure there will be plenty of future improvements in Sitejet too, though.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've managed to get 5 stars in customer communication, and increase productivity while increasing the quality of our work as well.

  ### 35. Bye bye Wordpress and its´ update-madness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy V. | Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Everything is so easy to setup and use, you can just concentrate on building websites. No struggle with installations, plugins, updates etc... And the fact that I have all my websites in one place. Also that I can do all the communication with my clients through Sitejet is a great plus.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Well, I am not using Sitejet for so long, and as well Sitejet is quite at the beginning. It still feels a bit "rough" in some of its´functions. But nothing which they will not be able to fix. All in all there is nothing I would say i DISLIKE. I really would like to see Sitejet Controlpanel and Customer Panel in Spanish.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Just give it a try, I am sure you will love it

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It just helps me to save a great amount of time, creating great websites for my clients. In general it has just replaced all my other tools for website creation. I can do everything through the platform, which is just great.

  ### 36. Absolutely one of the best all around the market!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alessandro V. | MR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

It's hard to choose.
- I could say how they have thought to merge the main instruments into the platform to permit a well done integrated job between the agency and the customers;
- I could say how the have thought the scalability: An individual or team used to work in open platforms could prefer to continue in them and surely can consider their costs competitive, but an awesome close platform like Sitejet gives in one place what matters, it isn't dispersive and contain in itself all the experts working about;
- Important add on, both internal and from thirdy parts;
- Many chance to do a detailed work both from scratch, starting from an internal theme and starting from HTML/CSS premade;
- Courtesy and rapid assistance;
- An important (very important! Even decisive for choose among similar platforms) consideration for the learning area (with text, video and subtitled video).
- The is often updated, with interesting topics.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

- I could say just Sitejet can improve especially into the clarity, just reffering at the features of each key. I mean that's possibile to improve in explaining what happens clicking somewhere or putting values somewhere. Really, the Sitejet's Team is putting passion to improve all the aspetcs of the platform, day by day, and I'm sure they will improve also under this aspect.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

First of all any kind of user/agency have to know if it prefers an open source or a close platform, and it depends exclusively by the experience on one of them, by the problems it must solves (own or of customers) and by the time it has, eventually, for a new learning curve. It the choose goes through a close platform I advice to give a look around. At this point I advice to compare overall what's considered important. There isn't a perfect choice for all people. Surely Sitejet is one of the best product on the market.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's too early to talk. However I'm working on a figure for a specific kind of artist.

  ### 37. Great web design tool for freelancers

Sitejet makes it easy to keep everything I need to design websites for clients in one place. Their best feature is the ability to capture client edits and integrate that seamlessly into tasks. I’ve acquired a large number of clients after switching to this CMS and love it.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

I look forward to more frequent updates on new features and improvements. The support of Sitejet is always speedy as they always answer within 24 hours anytime I have a question. Would love to see more transparency on updates they’re making and more variety in presets and components.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

If you need a web design tool in addition to managing client communications, this is the tool for you.

The support is outstanding too!
The platform seems to be improving with each passing month.
There isn't much that can't be done with Sitejet.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

The pricing structure could be easier to understand.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

There is a minimal learning curve to get started and implemented; once you've gotten over this small hurdle, the platform is straightforward to use.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great alternative to solutions like Wordpress.com and Wix. Having everything in one place is excellent.

  ### 39. Great for agencies to create and manage client sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Always thought that its missing something like this to be able to create sites and have the possibility to share the preview of the site with customers before we launch it and have their comments on it, I also love the idea of the reasy templates, and being able to access all sites from one dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Did not like much the layout in the beginning being used to other platforms, but got passed it, finding some info on the pages was also not easy in the beginning, but managed to get used to the platform, would be great if Sitejet can be used for an eCommerce too, I hope they will add it in the future.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good question, being able to access all sites from one dashboard, is from the best things I love

  ### 40. Sitejet Easy CMS

Sitejet provides a lot of temples and makes it easy by listing the temples according to the category. The template save us a lot of time in shopping for a different template to match the project

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

Everything works okay with Site jet but it needs more improvement such as the ability to create logo direct from site jet rather than upload and limited to lettering logo

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

recommendation: It would be better if we design a logo in the admin area of site jet

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the site jet help me in getting the right template for my projects. Most of the time I have this problem of selecting the right template for the project but with site jet, I do not have such a problem because of varieties of template in categories.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

I'm still not able to find some advanced tutorials to quick improve my skill on mastering the theme builder. However I am sure this is only a matter of time. There is a learning curve and it takes some patience and time.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Sitejet is an user friendly platform with lot of interesting features! Worth to try!

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 44. Amazing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Animation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

Sitejet has a plethora of custom integrations that saves website designers from the hassle of buying third party plugins which cost a lot especially if a client request for additions iterations on a site. The addition of a CRM solution is a time saver if you are managing multiple clients.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

The site custom templates are not pleasantly eye catching and would need tweaking if you are aiming to deliver aesthetically top-class website. The website builder editor also needs a face lift in my opinion as it does look daunting to understand.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Its definitely a better solution than WordPress

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making website for multiple clients a seamless and painless process. Faster turnaround for clients' work and solves the problem of conflicting plugins.

Building quality websites in less time

  ### 46. Want to love it but...

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

It's the whole idea of being able to develop a site, preview it, get clients input etc. in one platform that really stands out. We are looking at it to replace the use of Wordpress on certain size websites and take the update, security and worry that a Wordpress site can have.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

I have to say we will persevere but still not finding it the easiest tool to use - we see the potential, it solves so many problems but to create a custom site from scratch is proving quite a challenge for those that have a good understanding of HTML and CSS but not SCSS.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to set up a simple template-based site using Sitejets templates - the process of development to launch is now very straightforward.

  ### 47. SiteJet is redefining design, management, and collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benson C. | Director of Marketing and I.T. Development, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I've been designing websites for 20+ years and from day one I could tell that this web design software was engineered by a team of professionals who truly understand workflow and web standards. Out of the box it is powerful, under the hood it is a Kraken!

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

No really a dislike but if you are use to platforms like WordPress do yourself a favor and go through the well realized how to videos and take full advantage of their lively slack channel for tips, tricks and the best support team in the business.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

Get in on the 14 day free trial, join the slack community and get ready to be amazed.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a media company we were looking for a future proof solution that would allow us to scale quickly, easily interact with clients on projects, reduce time (and pass the saving on to our clients), and duplicate easily. We work in a niche market so we have a lot of repeatable content. Sitejet makes it insanely easy to go from concept to development, to review within hours.

  ### 48. Sitejet are freaking awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun T. | Owner/Creative Manager at Wide Eye Sites, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Sitejet?**

The CMS is so intuitive and easy to use. You can do so much without needing to code. And if you want to add your own code you can. Easy as pie. The websites that you build look and function perfectly on every device. Adding SEO details is a breeze. Everything just works. I love it.

And the support. Everytime you ask a question the team go over and above. I was blown away. And they're funny. When they reply it's not just boring do this or that. It's personable, real human responses.

I'd give them 50 stars out of 10 if I could.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

There are some things that you can't do yet. Just little things that platforms like WordPress have plugins for. But even this isn't an issue because you can add the code yourself for those things. To be honest I'm including this because I had to answer the question.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made building websites so much quicker and affordable. Ridiculously so.

**What do you dislike about Sitejet?**

As a non-programming website "wannabe" designer, I am struggling with some of the deeper changes that are available, but not readily available in the Help section. Also, I spent a lot of time breaking some views where the site would hang and I would have to refresh the page and start over or undo back far enough to retry.

**Recommendations to others considering Sitejet:**

They have a lot of great features and integrations, but not some that I would have expected.

**What problems is Sitejet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A new side hustle business.
