I appreciate SiteDocs for its ease of use and how highly customizable it is. It's super easy to access and use, especially in the field where workers can't be bothered with complicated apps. The real-time visibility it gives is great too, as I can see what's happening in the field and pull out data to view analytics that help our company be proactive instead of reactive. I'd like to see a roadmap for their AI adoption. It'd be nice to see an AI agent that could summarize the documents that are coming back from the field on the admin panel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use - it is so easy to create employee profiles and update their safety documents. If you need to create a form that is not within the preloaded forms it is so simple to create with many different options and styles. As an administrator the admin dash board is clear and simple, the form filtering requires minimal effort. SiteDocs can be used for a multitude of administrative practices outside of health and safety. The upgraded features rolling out on a regular basis are valuable. SiteDocs helped make it possible for us to go paperless in many routine daily, weekly, and monthly inspections. Although it is somewhat tailored to the construction industry, it was quickly adapted to our chemical production, manufacturing, storage, and transportation environments. I am grasping to find something I dislike, but if I had to find one thing it would be the lack of a scheduled device synchronization feature. Currently the device user must tap the "sync" button for the process to take place. If the sync could be scheduled to automatically run it would be beneficial for devices which are setup at safety kiosks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SiteDocs App is very user-friendly, easy to keep all your safety information in one area, makes COR audits a breeze, and their customer service is fantastic. There is not much to dislike about this app; the only issue I have with the app is there is no 'select all' option when adding new employees to jobsites. Other than that, if there are every any questions or concerns, the staff at SiteDocs are very informative and can make any changes or help with anything you are sturggling with.
