What do you like best about Site Stacker?

Site Stacker has allowed us to automate many steps in our onboarding process and create a smoother, more professional user experience for both our donors and members. Although our small non-profit does not have an actual IT department, they walked us through the process of implementation and continue to provide ongoing training and support for their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

Site Stacker can be daunting at the beginning due to the seemingly endless configuration possibilities. I recommend anyone wanting to take full advantage of Site Stacker's potential to watch the online webinars and training material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Site Stacker?

Site Stacker empowers non-profits to achieve more with less.

It provides a holistic suite of integrated tools – website management, robust automation, and a donor-centric CRM – all working seamlessly together. This eliminates the need for juggling multiple platforms, streamlines workflows, and fosters a data-driven approach to fundraising, ultimately leading to a more impactful and efficient organization.

Plus, you'll have peace of mind knowing Site Stacker is backed by a friendly and responsive support team, ready to assist you every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

While Site Stacker excels in its comprehensive suite of integrated tools, it's important to consider a few factors.

The current API integration options might not cater to every non-profit's specific needs.

Additionally, customizing the platform with new features can involve development costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Site Stacker?

We started using SiteStacker for our website and online donation platform, and were immediately pleased with the user interface. It really streamlined our donation process. Working with WMTek to improve other aspects of our organization, we now use Sitestacker for our missionary application process, for our offline donations (snail mail), and as a CRM for all our donor and mailing list management. Sitestacker is an excellent tool, and we have been pleased with the ways that WMTek has customized it to meet our organization's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

As improvements have been brainstormed, WMTek has been able to successfully customize Sitestacker for us, at a price we find reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Site Stacker?

Our organization has been using SiteStacker for almost six years. It offers an excellent user experience related to online giving through our website. The online campaign feature is very helpful for our employees and volunteers to raise money for specific projects or initiatives. Where SiteStacker excels is in its automation capabilities. Although it does require an extensive knowledge of the multiple components in building out workflows, once that work is done, collecting applications and tracking the various items needed is very convenient. Whenever we have had an issue, staff have been easy to reach and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

SiteStacker is a robust system, but it does have limited integration with other platforms. While there are several platforms with which it does integrate, if your organization has one which it does not, it requires manual data transfers which may not be sustainable. Regarding automation, you must be very careful if you change any of the triggers or steps in the process as it can easily break the workflow and cause frustration for the user. SiteStacker is also very reliant upon email notifications and lacks a dedicated mobile application which would be very useful in collecting applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Site Stacker?

What I found helpful are the out of the box tools that can one can use to faciliate the donor experience, such as simple checkout solutions, donor dashboards, and email list forms! As a web developer, I enjoy having the various premade template components as well as a way to add custom code for unique experiences! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

The downsides I see, are the limited use of third party app integrations. It can feel like vendor lock in, and if you already have an infrastructure built on other platforms it can be seen as a barrier to entry or exit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Site Stacker?

SiteStacker has been instrumental in enhancing our organization’s operational efficiency. Its robust and intuitive interface simplifies our donation processes, manages our CRM, and supports our missionary applications seamlessly. The customization provided by WMTek has been pivotal in adapting the platform to our unique needs, making it an indispensable tool in our day-to-day activities. It has certainly helped us do more good in the world! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

SiteStacker offers extensive features and excellent customization, but the platform can be somewhat challenging for new users due to its complexity. Additionally, as with any major system, transitioning to the platform from another one can be quite tedious - but the WMTek team is there to help at every step in the launch journey. What do you like best about Site Stacker?

I've been using SiteStacker for a bit now, and honestly, it's a solid tool right out of the box. It does exactly what you expect without any fuss. Working with their team has been a smooth experience; they're approachable and really invested in making their product better. I've noticed they're constantly updating things, which is great to see.

The support is another thing I've been really happy with. No matter what I've needed help with, they've been there to guide me through it. It's reassuring to know that kind of help is just an email away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

On the flip side, when it comes to adding our own custom touches to the installation, things can slow down a bit. It's not a deal-breaker by any means, and to their credit, they're always there to help us through the process. It might take some time, but we always get there in the end. What do you like best about Site Stacker?

SiteStacker has been a very helpful tool for us, and streamlined a perviously-difficult user experience into something that is easy for site users to follow and interact with. It is robust and very customizable, and we continue to learn new ways to exercise its potential to our benefit. I'm convinced that after two years, we haven't scratched the surface of all that it could do!

The team itself is great to work with, their heart is very apparent in the way they conduct their business and offer advice and solutions. They also provide regular educational webinars to help improve your skillsets and knowledge of SiteStacker, which have been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

At first, the system may seen more complex, as it has its own apprach to site builds which may differ from other previously-used systems. But, once the basics are applied, it all falls into place!

Customer service times have in the past been slow at times, but we've seen a marked improvement in recent months as they streamline their systems. Their available training has also improved recently, as they build out more training materials to help educate users about new and existing improvements, as well as conducting regular webinars to help us better understand the full potential of the tool, which previously was more difficult information to come by. What do you like best about Site Stacker?

Sitestaker is a complex tool yet still user-friendly. On the backend, the impersonate feature has been the most helpful. This function allows a representative to see a partner's account to understand better any issue they may be experiencing. Filtering through a large number of transactions through the Contributions app is another tool I use daily and there is also the ability to export data to CSV files. The support team at SS has been wonderful also, they are prompt professional, and very knowledgeable. And their customer service and top tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

My organization is currently using an older version of SS due to the integration setup by our IT department and as a result, I haven't been able to use some reporting features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Site Stacker?

Site Stacker has provided a workflow system for our mobilization, application, and pre-field processes. The ability to trigger next steps based on various criteria has been a huge help to our applicants and mobilizers. Our staff use Site Stacker every day to maintain regular follow up with candidates and keep them moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

Sometimes it is not as user friendly as we would like. To get good reports, we need someone with the IT knowledge and expertise to write them. Gratefully, we have that, but not all organizations do. However, customer support is always available and helpful when you seek them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
