Ease of sign on. It is very easy to sign on to singlecomm but I am definitely not a happy customer. We just switched to using this software about a week ago and I don't like it one bit I have had nothing but issues with it since and before when we used Call Tracking Matrix I had no problems. I dislike everything about it. I consistently get customers saying my calls are breaking up or sound like I am under water yet I can hear them perfectly. The extra questions you have to answer before you can hang up is a pain in the but but I understand the reasoning for them.
