Sinch is bad with payments. They debit your account and then do not add credits, don't show the payment in the billing history. I have never had such an ignorant support team anywhere else. Writing a detailed email about issues, sending bank statements, and then they respond to whatever they want, completely ignoring your question. We have decided to cooperate with sinch on behalf of my organization and we regret it ever since. They never reply to emails and they do not adhere to SLAs at all.
