I have loved that SimPro has become a mostly central touch point for our operations. Being able to go from sales lead all the way to final invoicing, with the bulk of our attention being in this single interface, has been helpful for our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a number or work flows that are tedious and combersome; where some software's might have a single action, SimPro may require navigating through to a destination with 4-5 clicks. The other piece that has been disappointing is the integrations and their lack of usefulness or support for them. Things like the email or voip integrations are confusing to implement, and if there are issues then you are pointed to whatever other company is involved.
