**What do you like best about Simpro Agora?**

The special idea that I can underline about this particular program is that I can easily control its usage and it allows me to link all the spheres of my company tops. It even handles such crucial tasks as project management as well as invoicing in the simplest ways. Also, the best thing that I found in this type of software is that I can customize it according to the need of my company. Regarding this, the customer service that comes from the provider have been perfect, always ready to address any question that may be presented or issue that may occur.

**What do you dislike about Simpro Agora?**

Though, what I have been a little dissatisfied with is the implementation costs of Simpro Agora, though I have known that it has been one investment worth making. This software has helped me to solve some issues in my company and also enhance on the performance of the whole team.

**What problems is Simpro Agora solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In short, I can say expressing my gratitude for Simpro Agora as it is helpful for my company, and I will recommend to use it to everyone who wants to increase the effectiveness of his or her company.
