What do you like best about Simply CRM?

The best thing I like about Simply CRM is that it keeps all relevant information about the customer in one place, which makes it easier for the sales and marketing team to manage leads, contacts and deals. Their interface is very simple, doesn't need much of a learning curve to get started. I also like their built-in email marketing and automation features, which help in streamlining the follow-up conversations and actions with potential prospects. What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

Some of their advanced analytics and reporting features should be more detailed when compared to other CRM in this space. Even though their interface is functional, it feels a bit unpolished; those need to be fine-tuned. Also, the third-party integrations should be made available for platform flexibility.
