I feel a more appropriate approach in the Client dasboard would be the use of drop down menus, particularly when capturing the specific conversations and key take-a-ways within a client zoom / teams call. The number one selling point for Simply.Coach is that it integrates my whole lifecycle with clients. From contracting to scheduling, goal tracking, and HR reporting, it can all be done within the system. A close second is the excellent customer service. We've been working to automate our operations in recent months, and the while the team has been diligent in working with us to get us what we need, there are limitations that have made the process of connecting Simply Coach to our larger tech stack more complicated. I was looking for a software solution with specific criteria for my Coaching business. I needed something that would assist with scaling my business and helping keep track of actions, goals, bookings in one place while still allowing me to use my own accounting software and having the ability to change the currency to my local ZAR.
Simply.Coach gave me all this as well as easy to use set up and demo call to help onboard me. The software also introduced me to some functionalities I hadn't thought about before. I'm able to keep track of 1-1 Sessions as well as team sessions seperately as well as send actions to both individuals and teams simutaniously. My client notes and actions sit under the client and I can even create actions for myself. The Library where I can share resources is easy to set up and saves so much time looking for things once its set up.
Simply.Coach have allowed me to scale my business in realtime without delays as I was able to do everything I needed to myself with the intuitive set up and the useful tutorial videos. I needed to tweak some of my workflows but it was easy to integrate.
Where I got stuck the Tech support and guidance have been amazing, even on Saturday's and considering the time difference.
I use Simply.Coach every day and it has definately allowed me to elivate my coaching process where I spent much less time keeping track of things and have streamlined my workflow to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I needed a client management system and Simply.Coach is super powerful. I use it every single day. I love being able to capture custom data specific to my practice. And the analytics feature is immensely helpful. Finally, I like that it has an integrated app for the smart phone that is comprehensive and responsive.

The system has many features already, but I can think of a few more conveniences. One would be to be able to configure the details of how it notifies me (time period, method). I like that it's very seamless in terms of client bookings. It sends out a ZOOM link automatically upon them booking. It reminds me each day if I have appointments and then reminds me to record my client notes. I would like to better control the branding colours - while it does change some of the colours, there are still notifcations, buttons, etc which are not in my colours.

After almost 25 years of having my coaching practice I decided it was time to automate my client tracking and scheduling. SimplyCoach has been extremely helpful in streamlining my admin practices, staying connected to my clients, enhancing accountability and tracking commitments. The team at SimplyCoach makes this a very personal experience. They want you to succeed at using their system and they continue to enhance the product and are very open to your feedback. Number of features and customer support are the two things that standout for us. The ability to see all our coaches sessions in one place and be able to give coachees a place to track their goals and also share information with each other makes life easier for our coaches and us. The customer support is one of the best I have experienced from a developer. They listen to our concerns and have implemented a large number of our requests/recommendations for improvement over the time. They are also prompt with replies to questions which is fantastic. I was looking for a platform to organize my coaching and therapy processes with my clients, having everything related to the process in the same place. The part that I was looking for the most was having the posibility to share documents, exercises, videos, readings, practises with my client and I found it in the library.

Its a young platform and needs to develop capability around a few things like,
1) Being able to popoulate standing appointment forms with accountability actions form previous sessions
2) Being able to email out completed form is a easy to read PDF format.
3) Needs to be able to change the 5 star rating to 10 start as 5 is to limiting and hard to see positive or negotive changes in rating eg Hows your mental health? a 10 star rating would be far more acurate than a 5 star Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simply.Coach has almost everything that a solo coach needs to be successful. I have integrated my calendar, payment system, notes, and zoom links all in one place. Having an app where I can connect with my clients is amazing. I use it for my 1:1 coaching, and group coaching and have started to play with the journeys. I've had great support through the tech desk and onboarding was amazing. They helped me integrate with my website and other platforms I use for marketing. I dislike that I can't setup subscriptions through Simply.Coach yet. However, having the ability for my clients to pay for single coaching is helpful. I also would love it if I could add graphics to some of the tools that I send out and have more interactivity. It's something that I had on a previous platform and enjoyed.
