**What do you like best about Simpli.fi?**

I like how Simpli.fi has a pretty simple interface, which lets me handle all of my budget, impressions, and targeting from one place. I don't need to jump between pages to manage campaigns, and they make the navigation easy. I’m a fan of the drag-and-drop feature for creatives and ability to bulk change and upload. They offer a great variety of reports that give us insights into what works and where we can improve. Creating campaigns is quick and intuitive, and I've been using Simpli.fi for over four years, so I can almost do it in my sleep. The reporting tools are beneficial for ensuring our campaigns pace correctly and meet the desired impressions. I also appreciate the ability to grab heat maps that show where our ads are being served, not just by country, but also by state and DMA. Lastly, no one handles events like Simpli.fi does; they are the best in the business for this.

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

We don't use Simpli.fi for data lists and uploads or 3P segements - this was a decision from before I joined this company. I'm not sure why anymore. It's been a while, but we've had great success our other platforms. So that's pretty much the only thing that I can think of that would be helpful to Simpli.fi.

**What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Simpli.fi for event targeting with geofencing, which helps capture valuable device IDs for retargeting. It simplifies the campaign creation with a single interface and offers insightful reports for optimizing performance.

**What do you like best about Simpli.fi?**

I’ve been working with Simpli.fi for more than seven years, and I’m very happy with how easy the platform is to use for creating campaigns. I also really value my relationship with the entire team there, and I appreciate how quickly they jump in to support whenever there’s a need.

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

Performance can be affected by outside influences that aren’t always transparent, and it can take time for things to build. At times, the experience feels slow and a bit cumbersome, and resolutions can take a while to address issues. That said, the problems do get corrected—just sometimes too slowly for my liking.

**What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simpli.fi has been easy to integrate with HubSpot, which helps us keep all our information consistent across both platforms. It’s also our main DSP for all of our campaigns, and they’ve been a valuable partner in keeping our costs aligned with our pricing so we can pass that value on to our clients.

**What do you like best about Simpli.fi?**

I like that I can email the Simpli.fi team anytime and receive a prompt reply. The platform is pretty straightforward to navigate and manage campaigns. The Simpli.fi team is very helpful and communicative, helping resolve issues with campaigns as needed.

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

There are some things that I've seen other companies can do like impression pacing that would be nice. Also, occasionally there are missteps by the Simpli.fi team that cause some issues, but they're few and far between. The other thing is inventory. Would be good for Simpli.fi to keep expanding its inventory. For CTT/OTV for example, get Netflix if you can.

**What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simpli.fi helps me run ad campaigns smoothly. The team is communicative, helping with any issues. I can email anytime and get prompt replies, and the platform is easy to navigate, which simplifies campaign setup and onboarding.

**What do you like best about Simpli.fi?**

I use Simpli.fi for advertising for clients and find it to be the best programmatic platform available for everything from Streaming OTT/CTV to meta to SEM and display. They manage it all exceptionally well. I appreciate the excellent dashboard and the amazing talent behind the platform. What I like most about Simpli.fi are the people and their willingness to collaborate, as they work with us on strategy, pacing, and most importantly, results. I value the targeted display, SEM, and OTT/CTV features, especially their geo fence capabilities using cookieless technology, which showcase their innovation and ability to stay ahead. The initial setup was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

Honestly, I wish they did SEO too so it could be a one stop shop.

The sales representative was exceptionally responsive and returned calls promptly during the initial sales phase, which initially built trust before the onboarding process became non-transparent and confusing.

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

The onboarding process was confusing and lacked transparency. I was charged fees never disclosed in my signed agreement, resulting in a markup of over 42% on ad spend. Additionally, I received contradictory info on campaign status, making it impossible to trust their reporting or management.

**What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I initially sought out Simpli.fi to manage my SEM campaigns, but the lack of transparency in their billing and reporting made it impossible to see any true benefit. From my perspective as a business owner, I felt that my money was being wasted on a campaign that was poorly managed and not focused on my specific interests or business goals.

Regarding Ease of Implementation, the onboarding was confusing. I signed a document that listed no management fees, yet I was later charged an effective markup of over 42% on my actual ad spend—far exceeding the 30% fee they eventually claimed.

As for Customer Support, the communication was contradictory. I was told a campaign was disabled, but later informed it was active. This lack of consistency, combined with the lack of results, meant that rather than solving my marketing needs, the partnership required constant auditing and eventually led to me terminating the relationship to regain control of my own accounts.

I found myself having to revisit programming skills I hadn't used in over a decade. Additionally, there's a lack of pricing transparency which necessitated frequent contact with sales to obtain custom quotes. This process is particularly inconvenient for self-service beginners or those managing tasks independently. I also feel that the requirement for a programming background to efficiently run campaigns could be streamlined, perhaps by implementing a more user-friendly dashboard without the need for extensive programming knowledge.

**What do you like best about Simpli.fi?**

I like SF for the level of customer service.  Any DSP can place ads.  Not all of them treat you like a human. I've worked with several DSP's over the years and SF has really gone the extra mile to ensure campaign quality, deliver fast reporting, and help along the way to drive better results for my clients.  Add to that, their available integrations and easy-to-use system, I'd be hard-pressed to leave.

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

The only downside I would have to report is the fact they sometimes have outdated data from google maps, but this is google's fault, not their own.

**What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simpli.fi helps me to deliver ads to people outside the usual scope of advertising.  I no longer have to stay in a sandbox.  I get to deliver audiences to my clients, not just platforms.

What I like most is that all of the programmatic tactics are here under one roof. I can blend them into camapigns as needed, and move budget as results require. The support has been great (I am managed service), the reporting gives me everything I need, and the UI is easy to navigate. Following a classic Siumpli.fi talking point, it is also their own data, which is able to bused in a more granular way.

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

Simpli.fi has a contract with LiveRamp that prohibits data from outside the U.S. I have clients in the UK that are running CRM Targeting campaigns, and I have to take them elsewhere. I can't run them through LiveRamp/Simpli.fi. 
Also, as a wish list item, I wish that I could have a dashboard that my clients could log into that gave them access to their camapign data.

Simpli.fi is letting me offer both B2C and B2B customers several ways of targeting their audiences.

The targeting filtering is robust and effective. It allows us to reduce media waste by focusing on the center of the bullseye of the demographic and geography of the customers sought by our advertisers. Their sales and AdOps teams provide superb customer support. Ability to have several tactics for Display, OTT, CTV, ZTV, Native, and even social media marketing on a single reporting tool.

It is not a downside, but as with many growing companies you need to constantly be on top of the learning curb of new capabilities launched within the platform.

Pitching to Advertisers in a competitive markeplace requires innovation and sales support. Simpli.fi has been instrumental in supporting our pitches with RFPs and materials that have allowed us to win deals against  competitors that were not well prepared.

Working with Simpli.fi truely feels more like a partnership and an extension of our team. It's not just a vendor that we send campaigns to that we don't place in-house. We've completed a few campaigns with them to-date and all have been successful. Their team is knowledgeable, always responds quickly, offers great insights and recommendations, and is great to work with. Also, working directly with them cut's out the "middle man" so we can stay effecient and effective with our client's budgets.

No dislikes. So far everything has been great.

I like that I can fully depend on my Simplifi account managers to handle everything for me. They're knowledgeable and often have great suggestions for how to best take advantage of our marketing efforts. It's wonderful that we can expand our marketing efforts so much with Simplifi and it's all so easy to do!

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

I really don't have any complaints about Simplifi, but it would be really helpful to have a dictionary or some kind of guide for all the lingo and vocabulary that's involved sometimes. For example, a reference guide to look up with different acronymns mean like CTV, etc., since all this digital marketing jargon can get confusing sometimes.

Our in-house marketing team is extremely small and Simplifi solves the probelm of our team not having enough time to manage every marketing channel. It's wonderfully helpful that we're able to offload this work to people who are experts in these specific digital advertising channels and can leave so much to them to publish, manage, and analyze this content.

Sometimes there is tendency for over or underdelivery on campaigns that can cause an issue and tension between clients. However, they have never failed to make it right if there has been a wrong.

There are 3 things that separate them from the rest of their competitors:
- Intuitive features: everything is named in a way that makes sense, it's easy to implement and very common sense driven with the UI
- Sheer breadth of capability: Simplifi is always introducing new features, and the options of what you can do with campaigns feels unlimited. Truly brings marketing to the next level.
- Unparelleled support: Their team is with you every step of the way, always ready to teach, catch mistakes, optimize on your behalf and introduce new features that make the potential seem limitless.

They change the brand look far too often, which takes getting used to each time they do so with the icons, colors, and what they mean for campaign statuses.

We're using Simplifi primarily for Display and Connected tv services but are working on social media and expanding video. Mobile platforms are extremely beneficial. With all this, Simplifi is helping us with our main goal - to meet users where they're at and help them see the content that benefits them, and achieve our client's needs.

Geofencing allows for campaigns without a "click/online/conversion-based goal" to track in-store walk-ins, which has been a home run for many clients of ours.

Also, unlike many DSP's that we have worked with in the past, the client-support team (with managed or self-service accounts) has been EXTREMELY helpful, and knowledgeable, and I would recommend Simpli.fi to any advertiser, agency or business!

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

No Notes!  Anyone working for an advertising agency would be wise to use multiple DSPs's as every campaign is different and every client has different needs, but Simpli.fi should be a part of every agencies mix (and a big part of it!)

**What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a client that is in a business vertical that makes a "true" conversion impossible to report on -- where the client can see and feel the result of our ads (ultimately an ROI)..... Simpli.fi, with their Geo-fencing tactics, allows us to serve ads to users the way we would on any other DSP, but from there, tracks when users who see our ads step foot into one of our clients stores.  This allows us to really prove that we are reaching the right audience, and/or driving users into their stores.

Furthermore, on tactics like CTV, which typically result in advertisers and agencies proving that ads were "seen", or at best use cross-device matching to track online activity -- which is minimal, at best -- allows us to show users who saw a CTV ad and then walked into a store.  This is very valuable for niche clients/business-verticals but also very valuable for anyone in the advertising space.

The reporting is more than you will ever need. There are so many metrics. We have a weekly meeting to check in on progress. Working with the account technicians directly so that fine-tuning is done without explaining through an intermediary. They are great to work with and knowledgeable about their product and how to implement it to achieve the best results possible.

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

We operate as an agency, and SimpliFi has no solution for representing many companies and having them individually invoiced. Instead, we have to divide the invoices internally. For the amount of money spent monthly, this is an area that needs improvement. It causes a lot of extra work on my end, and it slows payment to them down considerably.

It helps us lower overall costs as we can buy without having to go to a third-party provider who adds cost to everything. They are a direct service provider for us, and that saves time and money.

Simplifi is always at the top of the game for programmatic solutions and keeping up with industry changes. They are exceedingly knowledgeable and always willing to dig in and find answers no matter the challenge.

It is challenging to find a downside here. If I were forced to nitpick something, it would be that sometimes mistakes are made, but we're all human and err from time to time. That said, their ratio of getting things right is off the charts, and when something does go wrong on their part, they're more than gracious about making good on it.

Simplifi enables us to focus on the other solutions we provide our clients by being experts at administering our programmatic campaigns in a turnkey fashion. We trust that they know more than we do about running our campaigns, so we depend a lot on their expertise. SImpli.Fi has managed to keep their CPMs low since I started working with them in 2015 making them the perfect fit for my SMB clients and my larger corporate clients.

Simpli.Fi is great I only wish they offered more. I am excited to see and use the new CTV product and am patiently waiting for the programmatic radio to be available.

The user-friendly nature of the interface and UI. It is pleasant to look at, straightforward on where to find where to navigate, on top of the breadth of options it gives you in campaign types, audiences, events, pixel placement and more. It's a POWERFUL tool with untapped potential in optimizations being unlocked the more that it is used.

**What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?**

There are so many options and resources that it can be overwhelming for newcomers. In addition to the learning curve, some ways campaigns are built seem antiquated. For example, creating an addressable campaign is tedious and slow but must be completely redone and repopulated if it needs to be optimized. Furthermore, it needs some quality-of-life features to improve the user experience, like typing in addresses, zip codes, and other demographics.

Using Simplifi as a vendor is a benefit to our company. We can build thorough, multifaceted marketing campaigns for clients in one place, easily adjust the budget and see clear stats on how each performs.
