**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

The ease of setting up venues, getting paid quickly ease of using multimedia through SimpleTIx.  Things I don't have time for or haven't thought of on my own.  It is very simple for guests to purchase admission or book an event.

I don't have any complaints or issues right now.  SimpleTix is doing well by me.

There are no problems that require attention at this time.

What I like best is how user friendly the SimpleTix site is to use.  I have created several events using this.  It has also made scanning tickets for entry easier on me and my volunteers.  It really is simple to use!

Also, the customer service is very helpful and quick to answer questions

I have yet to find something I dislike about SimpkeTix.

**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

SimpleTix was easy to set up and worked well from the outset. Features for duplicating and then editing new events are helpful and efficient to use. Customer support has been helpful and effective whenever needed. Checking in for events is easy and quick. Can create unlimited, multiple events across different users.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

Unable to edit tickets such as number of tickets in an order.
Unable to set different terms and conditions for different events.

Ticketing for frequent events and easy check-ins.

I think the customer service I get is what sets them apart.  Anytime I'm having issues with setup or usage they are just an email away and I've always received a very fast response.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

I wish there were more API/Webhooks available so I could automate more or our process and how we use SimpleTix.

Allows us to sell tickets easily online and pass on all the fees for SimpleTix and Square to our customers.

**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

SimpleTix strives to be what we need it to be. They work with us to deliver a useful and responsive tool to help us sell online general admissions, season passes, upsales, catering, and campfires. Their support never leaves us hanging. The best ticketing soltuion we have used to date.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

While we are guilty of causing this issue ourselves with our csv dump requests it can be a little frustrating to have to modify our scripts every so often as the columns change.

The user experience for both the organizaiton and our audience is simple and friendly, even for older patrons. The fees are transparent and we see our ticket sale revenue deposited each day we make sales as opposed to having to wait until the end of the seaosn or after the event.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

I really don't have many complaints. I wish that more than one user could have "owner" priveleges to see all of the transactions.

We produce monthly concerts and need a way to sell advance tickets online.

Running a cash only box office is expensive (initial change fund) and a very significant security risk. Especially when an event is using many temorary box office staffers.

I love how easy it is to create an event and keep track of registration and numbers attending your events.

It used to frustrate me that I could never "re-find" the link to my events. I created a work around that solves that problem on my end.

**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

The most helpful thing about SimpleTix is that it is a GREAT beginners platform for people starting out inthe event business dealing with ticketed events. I also love the plethora of ways to receive your funds and not being limited like it's competitors.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

What I dislike most is honestly the customer support. They aren't the best with dealing with a situation that may occur and that is reported to them. For instance, there was fee error on their end from when a customer of mine bought their ticket and they failed to charge the customer the processing fee. They tried to pass that fee on to me though I had already had it set for the customer to absorb said fee. There was a lot of back and forth with their team until they finally agreed to take that fee themselves and realized it really should not have been placed on me.

**What problems is SimpleTix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With SimpleTix  I am able to integrate my event ticket link with my website and have all people wishing to buy my tickets straight from my website which takes them to the SimpleTix link with ease. The benefits from that is that with an umbrella link, there is no need to tell people to use an seperate URL.

**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

Simpletix software is easy to set-up and manage for events from 50 to 5,000+ people. I have used the software for several accounts and am always surprised how it gets better every time I use it.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

Nothing, even their support is great! I haven't thrown anything at them that they haven't been able to solve in the 3 years I have been using their ticketing software.

**What problems is SimpleTix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simpletix is loved by the marketing and events departments. Even the accounting department is happy with this software. Their box-office feature makes entry fast and easy for the guest. It also has great reports and accounting to wrap up an event. Best of all, the pricing is about half that of other software companies.

**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

Great support team always quick to respond and willing to help! Reasonable pricing. The best COVID-19 physical distancing measures integrated into their software of any ticketing site I have research and I have looked at a lot. Has a box office solution that works for small businesses. They take constructive feedback well and are always looking to improve their product.  Unlike other companies they don't pre-judge what your volume will be and treat you like their most valuable customer.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

I would love to see the ability to have customers be able to create accounts and have their information saved. Passed this feedback along and had a response within 8 hours that they were already looking into it.

**What problems is SimpleTix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to sell a limited number of tickets with physical distancing in place that is easy to do. Customers are able to pick their own seats and the system automatically puts in physical distancing measures.

I love the fact that my ticket buyers can purchase tickets for multiple event days/times in one transaction. The event page is beautiful and simple to understand! I also like the new attendee app that they just added, it allows ticket buyers to transfer a ticket to a friend.

I haven’t run into anything that I do not like!

SimpleTix has instant payouts and this is HUGE! This allows me to constantly have funds flowing in while I am planning my event.

Simplicity of use, seamless connection to web and social interface are a plus. Customers  have enjoyed using the platform, and staff have appreciated the ease in which they can admit ticketholders and sell tickets on the spot. Customer service at SimpleTix is top notch. Lauren has been very generous with her time and expertise, helping us navigate the growing pains of pivoting our entire ticketing system with ease.

At our site, we offer many evens that are offered on more than one day. A function to duplicate an entire day's ticket times would make things easier!

Moving away from cash transactions in the time of the pandemic; compelling better oganization and un-crowding of our events as an added benefit.

Simple Tix has amazing customer service. Sean has been so helpful and provided consistent service with both our free event and paid event. He was quick to respond and worked hard to resolve any issues we had.
The site is also very user friendly for purchasers and on the back end for staff.

The apps can be a little slow at times, but we have seen them improve during our time with them, so I would assume this would only get better.

We recently had to switch to a reservation system for our events and daily admission at our facility. Simple Tix has made this possible for us at a fair price.

We at “Mama Mary’s Farm – Pumpkin Patch” needed a ecommerce platform to sell secure tickets online at our website, after interviewing and testing alternative platforms we chose “Simpletix”.  They delivered the perfect solution thereby solving our needs ( mamamarysfarm.com ).  Their tech support and product was above and beyond anything I have experienced in my career.  My observations and experience are honest and very deserving for this company!  Take advantage of their online video conference, that’s what sold me!

**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

Fees are the lowest in the business.  Very affordable.  Customer service is usually fast response time.  Fixes are usually quick, except when we complain about server speed, we get a defensive response.  

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

I can't count the number of times our box office has frozen because of their slow server.  We have consistent customer complaints about Server Errors, timing out of sales, and slow speeds.  We also experience it on our end.  There are also seem to be quite a few bugs in their system, like the system not releasing back for sale any tickets in abandoned shopping carts (resulting in lost sales for us).    The organization-side interface is clunky and confusing.  We never feel like know exactly how to find something or change something.  Things are organized in a way that is less than intuitive.  

**What problems is SimpleTix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tried to give SimpleTix the benefit of the doubt, and tried to hold my nose because of the low fees, but we will be switching to a new service in the next season.  We simply can't afford to have our box office running slow, freezing up, or offline on show days.

Simple Tix is super easy to use for event ticketing. The customer service is outstanding. We were able to set up our events in a very short period of time and when we ran into a little snag with multi events the issue was resolved within less than one day.. and this was a Saturday into Sunday.

Nothing about Simple Tix is should be cause for dislike.

We are using Simple Tix to manage our black box theater. We are a small venue of only 50 seats and this is the best solution for ticketing that would could find and we researched many options.

Simple Tix is just amazing! The cost for it will pay for itself and its easy to set up for paypal and we can pick colors for different ticketing events.

I think its great and can't find any faults  -  Its been a great tool for us!

When I worked for an entertainment company, SImple Tix was the solution. It was easy to setup and the fact that it has tutorials to help you in every way is a plus. Plus its great for customizing tickets and for iphone/android scanning capabilities.

I like that SimpleTix that allows you to set up your venue sales online easily.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about Simple Tix.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleTix:**

SimpleTix is easy to use. It's great for setting up your tickets easily online without having to print out tons of tickets.

**What problems is SimpleTix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very easy to print out tickets via e-tickets using this program.

I think that the pricing for SimpleTix is by far the best for most ticketing software.  I also think the mobile app is a great feature to encourage buyers.

There wasn't anything that I disliked on SimpleTix.

Seating for a professional development conference.

**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

What I like best about simpletix is that you can match your ticketing portal to your website and it also have interactive seating charts. It is also very easy to maneuver and set up ticketing for discounts and student tickets if needed. 

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

There is honestly nothing that I can say that I dislike about using SimpleTix

You should use simpletix because of how easy it is to use. I love that it has interactive seating charts so that the employees or customers are able to select the seats that they want.

It is easy to use with company functions, they employees have commented how easy it was to use as well.

**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

You can set your own booking fees. You get to choose exactly what the tickets look like from color scheme to font. The payment is very fast and we aren't having to wait for the money to be transferred. You are also able to use paypal which is great.  Free tickets are free!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

You have to sign up for premium in order to get a lower rate per ticket. 
The design process of the ticket could be a little less complicated.

**What problems is SimpleTix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to communicate with our audience what our events entail. We enjoy being able to use this software and not have to outsource to a printing company. This software makes event organizing just a little easier.

**What do you like best about SimpleTix?**

The flexibility on the promo codes. We can limit them per event and event time. It's a great way to promote event times that need more attendees.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTix?**

The system works and it’s very cost effective for all the components your get. We are very happy we chose SimpleTix.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleTix:**

Do the math. Their flat rate per ticket will save you a lot of money.

**What problems is SimpleTix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started looking for an event ticketing solution and we reviewed many different providers. We chose SimpleTix based on the fact that it offered not only a ticketing solution, but also a shopping cart solution. The learning curve for SimpleTix is not too steep, the company offers dozens of self-help video tutorials that helped a lot in the beginning. Since I am not a web developer, it probably took me longer to get the site up an running than would be a professional developer, but I am very happy that I took the time to learn the application. Now I can add and modify events with a few clicks, add new images, promotional banners, promo codes, products, and other pages to the site without going through a web developer. Now for the fun part, the ticketing side works great and everyday we get a bcc email from customers who have bought event tickets online.
