What is Simplesat?

Simplesat is a feedback management tool that provides the flexibility you need to increase survey response rates. Use eye-catching and personalized/ branded designs to attract your customers’ attention. Make it convenient for them to give you feedback via email or through Zendesk/Intercom/Autotask/Salesforce/whatever platform you’re using. Every time your customer interacts with you, give them the option to rate you and leave a comment. To understand the complexity of your customer base’s opinions, you need to use a combination of different feedback survey types. Send CSAT and CES surveys as a response to your customers’ actions — onboarding, a new purchase, a closed help ticket, etc. But you need more than just their in-the-moment opinions. By sending out scheduled NPS surveys, you get a better general overview of your customers’ priorities and pain points. Then it’s time to interpret the customer feedback data you receive using different metrics and multiple channels. And that’s where Simplesat really shines! The support team at Simplesat is fantastic! I'm not sure if he still works with you but Elliott was fantastic in helping us set up our survey and making adjustments to fit in our requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Extremely customizable. Easy to use tool. We love the numerous integrations to different platforms. We use the tool with Zendesk, in some email signatures, and for internal surveys too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Reporting functionality could be better. The sync back to other tools (Zendesk) is a little inconsistent and does not always work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a low customer satisfaction response rate, and couldn't customize our surveys to ask multiple questions. We have seen a substantial increase in response rate and now have surveys which are fully branded and detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing yet!! My only (very very minor) issue was that the additional follow-up question/s you can ask have a limit of 5 set response boxes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a good, low key way to survey customers, and can allow for some customizations. Works with a lot of other tools, such as Zapier and ServiceNow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do not like that not all survey questions can be received via the API. Only the initial question can be provided . Wish there was better reports and information within SimpleSat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
