What is Simplesat?

Simplesat is a feedback management tool that provides the flexibility you need to increase survey response rates. Use eye-catching and personalized/ branded designs to attract your customers’ attention. Make it convenient for them to give you feedback via email or through Zendesk/Intercom/Autotask/Salesforce/whatever platform you’re using. Every time your customer interacts with you, give them the option to rate you and leave a comment. To understand the complexity of your customer base’s opinions, you need to use a combination of different feedback survey types. Send CSAT and CES surveys as a response to your customers’ actions — onboarding, a new purchase, a closed help ticket, etc. But you need more than just their in-the-moment opinions. By sending out scheduled NPS surveys, you get a better general overview of your customers’ priorities and pain points. Then it’s time to interpret the customer feedback data you receive using different metrics and multiple channels. And that’s where Simplesat really shines! What do you like best about Simplesat?

I like that I can choose the way to send my inquest. By programming it or by embedding the poll into my emails, making them more dynamic. Doing this helps getting more answers from our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

When you share with other people in the same company and some of the clients are shared, it gets a little confusing because sometimes a client reviews one account, but he logs in as if he reviewed another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Simplesat has a very detailed view of all the feedback you receive, along with charts and reports. We use it with Freshdesk ticketing tool, and it sends the survey link in the resolution email of the ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

The issue we are facing with Simplesat is the way they calculate the Csat percentage. They calculate only the satisfied feedbacks and ignore the neutral and negative feedback. They should give them lower values and use them in the calculation of the Csat percentage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The surveys are simple to make and versatile. We do monthly reports, so sorting by the previous month quickly saves a ton of time.
