What is Simplesat?

Simplesat is a feedback management tool that provides the flexibility you need to increase survey response rates. Use eye-catching and personalized/ branded designs to attract your customers’ attention. Make it convenient for them to give you feedback via email or through Zendesk/Intercom/Autotask/Salesforce/whatever platform you’re using. Every time your customer interacts with you, give them the option to rate you and leave a comment. To understand the complexity of your customer base’s opinions, you need to use a combination of different feedback survey types. Send CSAT and CES surveys as a response to your customers’ actions — onboarding, a new purchase, a closed help ticket, etc. But you need more than just their in-the-moment opinions. By sending out scheduled NPS surveys, you get a better general overview of your customers’ priorities and pain points. Then it’s time to interpret the customer feedback data you receive using different metrics and multiple channels. And that’s where Simplesat really shines! What do you like best about Simplesat?

What I like the most about Simplesat is that it is very intuitive which is easy to use, it uses the standardized method of NPS to know customer satisfaction. In addition, it provides the review of results in a very practical and understandable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

That when sending the survey by "Embed" it does not allow setting the initial question as mandatory, therefore we receive anonymous responses. I would like that this can be improved since it is important to know from which client that answer comes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Simplesat I obtain the degree of satisfaction of my clients regarding the service they receive from each specialist who works in the company. It is also an easy way for customers to leave feedback and rate us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simplesat?

I like that I can go in and evaluate and change the feedback that is received and assign it to the right person. It also helps us gather information for other teams. The tags features are great with QA's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I wish that there was an option to select exactly what fields you want to include when downloading survey feedback. The CSV contains ALOT of unnecessary fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The interface is very user friendly. They offer multiple types of surveys that help us in our industry and have easily integrated them into our ticket and project closures! I appreciate their most newsletter sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do feel that their survey setups could have a little bit easier options for adding to, but there isn't much that I would change! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had much more accessible and better surveys sent to our clients with automation from our PSA. It's "prettier" than the built-in surveys from our PSA. What do you like best about Simplesat?

I love the feature that shows you your at-risk customers. It helps identify problem areas without having to pull reports and sort through unnecessary data. Very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe a more detailed description of what each feedback option means could be added or looked into. We often have customers say that we provided good service and didn't mean to select the negative option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been able to pay closer attention to the customers/companies that we are struggling providing white-glove service to. About the rating description, you can add/enable the survey text link on the publish tab to make the choices more obvious. We know mistakes happen sometimes. What do you like best about Simplesat?

I like it that all the information is available with different points of view either to analyze an entire team's performance or by individuals. It is great to be able to see a leadership/positions area to we know who the best performers are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Not that I dislike it really but it would be nice to be able to also see a history of survey status...Like...from time to time, our agents manage to convert a negative or neutral review into a positive one, and it'll be nice to see information about that kind of changes.
