I like how customizable the surveys are. It's also very reliable, we have been using SimpleSAT for the past few years with no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most about Simplesat is that it is very intuitive which is easy to use, it uses the standardized method of NPS to know customer satisfaction. In addition, it provides the review of results in a very practical and understandable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That when sending the survey by "Embed" it does not allow setting the initial question as mandatory, therefore we receive anonymous responses. I would like that this can be improved since it is important to know from which client that answer comes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is very user friendly. They offer multiple types of surveys that help us in our industry and have easily integrated them into our ticket and project closures! I appreciate their most newsletter sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the feature that shows you your at-risk customers. It helps identify problem areas without having to pull reports and sort through unnecessary data. Very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe a more detailed description of what each feedback option means could be added or looked into. We often have customers say that we provided good service and didn't mean to select the negative option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like it that all the information is available with different points of view either to analyze an entire team's performance or by individuals. It is great to be able to see a leadership/positions area to we know who the best performers are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not that I dislike it really but it would be nice to be able to also see a history of survey status...Like...from time to time, our agents manage to convert a negative or neutral review into a positive one, and it'll be nice to see information about that kind of changes.
