The most helpful part of simplesat is the simplicity of starting. It's incredibly easy to pickup, attach to emails or Zendesk tickets, and be on your merry way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think simplesat is great for the basic things but falls flatter as we want to build more complex interactions. For example, I would really like a zendesk action that sends a survey link to a user without having to automate that action on our end. This would help with the more scrappy automations we have. The other thing is just that I'd like to see a more comprehensive API payload when adding custom questions. I have a survey with a bunch of additional questions that I want to see the answers for when using zapier, but simplesat can only send the initial question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Simplesat mainly to review feedback we have received from closed tickets in our ticketing system. Simplesat supplies me with quick information and statistics for my direct reports. Monthly reports help me bring the data to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike about Simplesat and maybe that's because I don't use it its full potential. I wish I could get more granular with the reporting to get individual stats sent via email weekly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've adopted Simplesat since many years ago now, and looking back I couldn't be happier with the decision we made at that time. Years later it's been a consistent 5 star experience from the quality of the UI, the configuration possibilities of the surveys, the integration with Zendesk ticketing and Explore reporting and last but not least the excellent customer support and service provided by the Simplesat team. We are now working with other branches of our company to help them adopt Simplesat on their instances of Zendesk as well. Five stars! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially we were limited by the inability to use multi-brand or mulitple instances of Zendesk with the same instance of Simplesat, but the team helped us overcome the multi-brand early on and we haven't had any issues since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using SimpleSat in my previous company (moved away from Nicereply) and have implemented it in my current one (moving away from Wootric). It is extremely easy to setup, their support team is the most helpful team I've ever had to deal with, and our CSAT response rate has drastically increased since we've used it. We use Vitally and the SimpleSat team has kindly agreed to build up the integration for us which was such a pleasant surprise!
I love the fact you can see their Roadmap and share what you'd like to see. You'll even get a follow-up email from their CEO asking for more details to make sure they build features according to your needs - that's what I call being product AND customer-centric! Simplesat is a simple plugin that works easily after installation. Doesn't require that you do a whole lot of programming, and it's easy to integrate into ticketing systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The costs would be the only thing I don't like. It's not terrible, but the thought of paying as much as we have to these days to get the required metrics for tracking customer satisfaction is ridiculous. Simplicity combined with customizability.
Simplesat's friendly interface makes it easy to implement new stuff and if we need help - we get it.
We've got Simplesat deeply integrated with Zendesk, and they have added new features we've asked for almost on the fly!!! ( Kudus )

Simplesat has been great, it's easy to set up surveys, I love it that I can customize the icons I want for my survey. I use hubspot with this; it's fairly priced! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't dislike anything from CSAT, I don't think there's anything missing. Perhaps just being able to group surveys to only see the feedback highlights from the group I want to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use reporting, simple emailing, and great layouts. Making my email structure only took minutes.
