What do you like best about Simplesat?

I am using it for so long and it is providing the customer feedback and satisfaction survey tools. it will give you real time feeback collections and provide live performance dashboards and more options. it is very ease to implement and cutomisation is easy. The Survey mechanism and the support Simplesat provides are amazing. It is very easy to implement as well.

Customer Support is the quickest.

Easy of Integration with Ticketing system is also great

What do you like best about Simplesat?

It has features and functions as we need it to and is efficient for our budget. The best thing of all though, has been their willingness to quickly adjust our surveys to our use. They have taken out verbiage, adjusted sliding scales, and removed links we did not want - and they did it quickly at no charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How do you add conditional responses to questions in your surveys? I have not found a way to have that for all the questions in my survey
