What is Simplesat?

Simplesat is a feedback management tool that provides the flexibility you need to increase survey response rates. Use eye-catching and personalized/ branded designs to attract your customers’ attention. Make it convenient for them to give you feedback via email or through Zendesk/Intercom/Autotask/Salesforce/whatever platform you’re using. Every time your customer interacts with you, give them the option to rate you and leave a comment. To understand the complexity of your customer base’s opinions, you need to use a combination of different feedback survey types. Send CSAT and CES surveys as a response to your customers’ actions — onboarding, a new purchase, a closed help ticket, etc. But you need more than just their in-the-moment opinions. By sending out scheduled NPS surveys, you get a better general overview of your customers’ priorities and pain points. Then it’s time to interpret the customer feedback data you receive using different metrics and multiple channels. And that’s where Simplesat really shines! What do you like best about Simplesat?

SimpleSat is super easy to use, has a great user experience, and the customer service fantastic. We've been able to increase our response rate drastically since adopting. What do you like best about Simplesat?

What do you like best about Simplesat?

I like how simple it is to build a survey with step by step prompts, i also like how easy it is to intregrate with zendesk - the webhooks make it easy to keep all those in the business updated via slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

i dislike that features such as self categorisation for customers aren't ready and i do not like how it doesn't throttle customers from recieving more than one survery in a timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Simplesat has been a pleasure and joy to use. Not only is their product powerful and simple (had to throw that pun in...), but their Support and Product Management teams are always ready and willing to assist and help guide us if we need anything. They've been keen to understand use cases for additional integrations we've asked for and what product advancements would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Not a huge concern, but some of the UI and flow could use some tweaking as time goes on. For example, sending an NPS survey via email can be a bit clunky when managing contacts and uploading lists, compared to a traditional email marketing platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We selected Simplesat from an array of competitors because we needed a solution that embedded NPS surveys within an email where users could respond right from their inbox.
