Simple sat is a very nice platform to use and very easy to install. It is very good for assessing customers satisfaction.There is a wordpress feature on simple sat that allows us to post the customers feedback directly on our website and there inviting in more customers. Therefore in as much as it is helping us the customers satisfaction rate, it is also allowing us to use their feedback to attract customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has features and functions as we need it to and is efficient for our budget. The best thing of all though, has been their willingness to quickly adjust our surveys to our use. Simplesat's interface makes it really easy to see what's important to you. Working in the CX space, it's critical to be able to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and insights about your agents. SimpleSat makes it easy to see when we're getting better, and how other initiatives at the company ultimately affect our customer's overall experience. I love how clean everything looks, and reporting is really easy to navigate. Any time I've ever had to reach out their support team, they've given me an answer right away! Their feature pipeline is very active, and also their responsiveness to any questions and feature requests has been great. We've been using Simplesat for Customer Support CSAT (in various platforms) and NPS for several years now, and there haven't been more than a couple of cases where we would've been missing any "nice to have" functionalities. All in all, it's a very robust and flexible solution.

It is effortless to integrate with various CS systems. In addition, the HTML code can also be embedded in any email, so the implementation is also straightforward.

The simplicity and the dashboard are great but what is really nice is the ease of integration with our RMM which does not have a client survey option. It works really well with SyncroMSP. I also appreciate the customer service (human) which even as an IT guy, I miss and appreciate when companies invest in live people to onboard or answer questions.
