"Simplesat review after 3 years since implementing"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

We've adopted Simplesat since many years ago now, and looking back I couldn't be happier with the decision we made at that time. Years later it's been a consistent 5 star experience from the quality of the UI, the configuration possibilities of the surveys, the integration with Zendesk ticketing and Explore reporting and last but not least the excellent customer support and service provided by the Simplesat team. We are now working with other branches of our company to help them adopt Simplesat on their instances of Zendesk as well. Five stars!

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Initially we were limited by the inability to use multi-brand or mulitple instances of Zendesk with the same instance of Simplesat, but the team helped us overcome the multi-brand early on and we haven't had any issues since.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multi-brand, white-labeled surveys embedded in Zendesk auto-replies have increased our survey take rate, and allow us to capture CSAT, NPS accurately. We will be looking to expand with CES as well.

"Awesome CSAT and NPS platform"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Super intuitive and very easy to use. Support has been amazing as well.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Nothing comes to mind. Usually any request for features hits the product rather quickly.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer Satisfaction and Net Promotor Score. The embed functionality is great and makes it very simple for customers to populate a score.

"SimpleSAT is one of the best surveys company I have worked with"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Simplicity combined with customizability.

Simplesat's friendly interface makes it easy to implement new stuff and if we need help - we get it.

We've got Simplesat deeply integrated with Zendesk, and they have added new features we've asked for almost on the fly!!! ( Kudus )

The reporting is invaluable for our team to track customer satisfaction and agent performance.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Nothing comes to mind really.

A direct integration with Jira would help us offload some of the automation we currently have set up with "Integromat" to overcome it.

"Great surveying software with equally great customer service"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

* The survey capabilities - very easy to configure and send out. They are also constantly releasing additional updates.

* The customer service - an amazing team of people at Simplesat that are ready to quickly help.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

There's not much to dislike about Simplesat.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are looking to survey customers for Customer Satisfaction, NPS, and general feedback. Because the surveys are really easy to fill out, we've had great response rates and have received very valuable feedback.

Great tool for taking surveys from customers that is very simple to integrate, use and navigate through. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Minor integration issues that have been resolved very quickly. Their customer service is very good and responsive when it comes to issues like this.

"Necessary Tool to help keep your customers happy (and renewing)!"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Simplesat is easy to use. They also have an amazing Support team

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

There is nothing particular that I dislike about Simplesat. Maybe a request - add the ability to send emails from the tool OR a way to have a deeper integration with HubSpot so I can see who is responding to the surveys (once they click on the email).

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Simplesat to conduct our customer health surveys (NPS & CSAT) and tool is great! Questionnaire is super configurable and easily integrates into our hubspot tool. Additionally, the support I've received is amazing - Hannah usually responds with answers to my questions in minutes. I definitely recommend Simplesat for anyone looking to conduct customer surveys!

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The ability to customize modules and insert feedback into our signature lines through our ticking system to prompt for feedback.

No complaints come to mind. Pretty straight forward and to the point

"A simple, easy to use satisfaction and NPS tool"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The simplicity of the interface and experience. Being able to quickly throw together a survey to send out to our customers is what made us choose this product. We tried others and tried some built into our service desk, but the simplicity of this took the lead. Being able to take our customer lists from the other products we use and send time-based NPS surveys in an easy manner is almost second to none. The support is top-notch with super quick replies, suggestions on how to achieve what we want to achieve and open and honest feedback on their roadmap.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

For our use case, there isn't much of anything that I can think of that we dislike.

Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:

If at all you need any help or suggestions on how to accomplish what you need to do, flick their support team a message and you'll quickly get an answer, often from one of their founders which gives that feeling that they're interested in helping you

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting an overall view of how our customers are feeling about us both for our support levels, but also at random times throughout the entire year using an NPS score. We email every customer, at random, a max of 3 times a year asking how they rate us. We find this the best way as we aren't asking directly after giving good support, delivering a feature they've been waiting for, or anything other things may skew their rating
