What do you like best about SimpleMDM?

Up and going only takes a matter of minutes. All new devices take seconds. There isn't a bunch of bloat features that get in the way of the main tools along with a clean interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleMDM?

There's no alerts or daily/weekly/monthly reporting to know if devices are having issues or if a device has been offline longer than a certain amount of days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SimpleMDM:

We had tried out multiple MDM cloud-based services before deciding on SimpleMDM. We needed something simple without too many bells and whistles. It's completely removed our need to ship devices back and forth and doesn't get in the way as other MDM services were when testing them. If you have a small number of devices and/or devices that are set up as kiosks this is the best solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SimpleMDM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have many iPads that we use as Kiosks and prior to SimpleMDM we were using Apple Configurator 2 and having the iPads shipped or travel to the locations when the iPads needed a new app or app update. We now can do all this remotely and have oversight of where the iPads are and their current status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
