I love the easy accrual feature where we "set it and forget it". Like most systems, we do the most work up front, setting up vendors, contact info, matters, due dates, etc., and this allows us to use the system to collect all accrual responses. I cannot export the search results under the "Invoices" module -> "Received". This is useful to understanding which invoices are still pending review and quickly send the list to users with an action item. Also, would be nice to know who the invoice is pending review from within the search screen. The simple legal system has a function of a business approval process which builds a proper control on legal invoices. Also it can advise the ledger, accounting code and cost center upon receiving, which makes accountants like us life easier. The platform is very much guiding the legal department on how to organize and structure the matter management and has better control over checks and balances.
