What I like best about SimpleX is how easy it is to use. From the first moment I started using it, I realized how intuitive and friendly the platform is. I would like the platform to have a function to further customize the reports and statistics it generates. Although the reports are quite comprehensive, it would be great to be able to tailor them to the specific needs of my business. Clean and easy-to-use UI creates an incredible user experience when dealing with large amounts of data. Features I'm particularly excited to use are: AI-powered semantic analysis, response splitting, data filtering, tagging and topic customization, and versioning.

AI-powered semantic analysis: This feature alone is worth the time the product saves me in conducting first order thematic analysis. It sifts through large amounts of text data to identify common themes and keyword clusters for further analysis, categorization and grouping. The AI-powered tool also makes recommendations for finding similar responses, as well as responses that may fit a specific topic theme.

Response splitting: When analyzing survey data, some respondents provide one long answer that encompasses multiple different topics. SimpleX allows you to split the data to do drill-down analyses, without compromising the integrity of the original response.

Data filtering: This is crucial for slicing data and to have the ability to uncover the story the data tells from many different angles.

Tagging and topic customization: Unlike other tools that use AI-powered algorithms and NLP models, SimpleX actually allows the user to modify tags. Since AI is still a developing field, this level of control ensures that the data output is correctly categorized and tagged in a way that makes sense fo the research topic and to the client.

Versioning: This was an added bonus feature that I'm glad I came across. Versioning allows you to slice and filter data specific to one audience, and then save that analysis as a version, while also creating other snapshots utilizing other filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a growing platform so there is always room for improvement, however, that said, I haven't come across a feature or experience that I disliked. The support team is responsive and open to feedback. So far the whole experience has been exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
