What do you like best about Simform?

The Simform team are always extremely proactive across the full delivery life cycle whether that is reviewing conceptual designs to offer different options for our consideration or identifying areas where future enhancements could also be considered to improve the application performance or end user experience.

Throughout the numerous release sprints that have been delivered as part of phase 1, we have always been extremely impressed with the ease at which Simform interpret our requirements and simply deliver with no fuss whatsoever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simform?

As is the case on almost all projects, things change whether this is scope, resourcing or timelines and we are constantly blown away with how flexible Simform are with regards to our needs. What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simform play a significant role in assisting us to design/implement front end/middleware code through accessing their broad range of team resources. This will often mean running sprints in parallel which is something we could not support by ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simform?

- The people I work with are amazing: both the UX designer and senior developer were quick to onboard, eager to get to know the industry and deliver their tasks at a rapid pace. Thanks to them I don't have to worry about falling behind on our roadmap.

- Communication & customer service-> dedicated slack channel, quick to reply. I not 'just' work with 2 people, Simform has an entire project management system in place with multiple people so it's super easy to reach out to them and ask a questions

- Flexibility and great value -> As a business owner I have to keep tight control on cashflow. With Simform, payment and contracts are very flexible, giving me enough confidence to flexibly scale-up my business rather. Furthermore, their pricing is both transparent and of really great value, so to me that definitely de-risks outsourcing this part of my business to Simform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simform?

Honestly, nothing at all. I would be lying if I'd say I didn't like that they communicate a lot, they try to understand my problems and do all sorts of stuff that is normal in a partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Simform:

I've used Simform to increase the capacity of my Software team (UX + software developer), I already had a small team in place. I have no experience myself with completely outsourcing the entire team to Simform. For the UX designer, Simform shared a design portfolio beforehand so that I could get a feel of that UX designer's skills before making the purchasing decision. For the (senior) developer I employed from Simform, I let my lead developer let him pick up a few stories right at the start to see his ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simform reached out to us early 2024. At that time, I was wearing many hats and becoming a real bottleneck on many business decisions. After a quick call with Simform, I decided to start with a UX designer to help our software team with designs. After a while, I also started with a senior .NET developer. Simform excel at building products from scratch as long as the full specifications are disclosed thoroughly. Remote work can cause difficulties in communication so it's important to spend extra time planning features and product requirements before handing them off to Simform.
