I've heard from others that their employee monitoring is quite draconian (not sure if true, but I've heard that contractors have to move their mouse every 10 minutes or face penalties which can harm morale). The Simform team are always extremely proactive across the full delivery life cycle whether that is reviewing conceptual designs to offer different options for our consideration or identifying areas where future enhancements could also be considered to improve the application performance or end user experience.

- The people I work with are amazing: both the UX designer and senior developer were quick to onboard, eager to get to know the industry and deliver their tasks at a rapid pace. Thanks to them I don't have to worry about falling behind on our roadmap.
- Communication & customer service-> dedicated slack channel, quick to reply. I not 'just' work with 2 people, Simform has an entire project management system in place with multiple people so it's super easy to reach out to them and ask a questions
- Flexibility and great value -> As a business owner I have to keep tight control on cashflow. With Simform, payment and contracts are very flexible, giving me enough confidence to flexibly scale-up my business rather. Simform excel at building products from scratch as long as the full specifications are disclosed thoroughly. Remote work can cause difficulties in communication so it's important to spend extra time planning features and product requirements before handing them off to Simform. Flexibility of Simform, variety of skillsets and project management to ensure the success of the projects. Simform always pushed extra to make sure they deliver and help us reach our goals.
