The most important for me about femap is the profesionallity of the software, really powerful, capable to mesh & simulate any structural problem, not matter the complexity, linear o nonlinear, static or dynamic, is great.
Also critical: the development team is very professional, genius!!

Software can be improveb a lot if supporting units natively, actually is user dependent the coherence of system of units, and this can cause serious errors in the accuracy of results obtained

**What problems is Simcenter Femap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Femap is able to solve any structural or thermal problem of the real industry, not matter the complexity.
Benefits?: the user can verify by advance virtually using the computer that the design is correct under the most severe or extreme solicitations, so the design can be manufactures or build with warranty that not any failure or error could exist, as long as the applied loadings and boundary conditions used to create the Finite Element Model are real.

it is very easy to install and use the Femap in basic system. Femap has advanced tools for static, thermal, structure, CFD analysis and much more. It is highly integrated with other Siemens products like Siemens NX and Solid Edge.

Because it is used in very advanced simulation scenarios it has a comparatively complex and kind of old user interface to work on. Siemens Femap is not very well understood by new comer in the simulation industry.

Siemens Femap provides accurate results because it uses well-accepted solvers like Nastran and Femap. And Femap provides solutions for structure feasibility checks and lean the material that is utilized for any part, or assembly.
