**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

Silna is easy to learn and use, and is very helpful with eligibility checks, benefit information, and requesting prior authorizations! Great team and they always reply quickly.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

One thing I would love to see is being able to request payor discovery at any time to confirm COC.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing time spent on prior auths, benefit checks, and eligibility.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

What I like most about silna is they are always willing to help when our company has an issue. The team makes sure to provide support and  the process of benefit checks more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

The only downside to using Silna is sometimes the benefit checks might be slightly different than a patient's insurance plan but I don't mind because they resolve the issue right away.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Silna is solving the problem of the wait time when communicating with inusrance companies. Majority of the time our office doesn't get the chance to speak with a representative and silna makes sure to get in contact with them on our behalf with any documentation we provide.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

Thank you Silna Health for offering such an amazing easy to use product. Insurance verifications are no longer a complicated headache. The product is straight forward, the customer service is excellent and any challenges have been handled with immediate attention. So happy our entity decided to use your services.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

When we initially started using Silna Health, I recommended adding a few more line item instructions that would make the process a bit more self explanitory. I was met with open arms for making these slight adjustments to be even more user friendly. Nothing negative to say about the software or the customer service. It has been a smooth experience.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Silna Health has given us the ability to use our time for our customers. We no longer play the guessing game while doing insurance verifications. No more long phone calls to insurance companies about benefits. No more confusion about patient benefits.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

The team that we work with are very thorough, kind and efficient.  The owners, Jeff and Sagar are great people who worked closely with to make sure that they were providing us with top notch product and service.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

Nothing!  They excepted any feed back or critism we had and would work hard to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are trying to navigate the changes that United Health Care has implemented with thier new Medicare signover plans.  Silna has been a huge help in obtaing the prior authorizations through and helping us at the clinic best proceed with the new work flow.

I enjoy having a team that works with me. The communication between everyone that we are working with is great. We always hear back and in a timely manner as well

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

The only thing I wish they also did was gather doctor orders from clinics. But with more time on our hands, it is not hard for our team to reach out!

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior authorization can take a long time on phones and websites to gather information. With Silnas's help, we have freed up our team to be able to focus more on our customers and their needs

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

The Silna Platform is straightforward and intuitive. We typically don't like to add new platforms to our staff's plate; however,  Silna's is so easy to use we didn't hesitate to introduce it to our employees. I greatly appreciate the transparency on the platform to see where in the prior authorization process our clients are. Everyone on the Silna team is consistently professional and accessible, making them a great team to work with.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

There is nothing that we dislike but we would love to see them add on a billing component to the platform.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Silna ensures that we are getting the most up to date information about prior authorizations and tracks the progress, saving the company and clients from unessecary holds and snags in providing services.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

The best things about Silna Health is how convient it is and how well the customer support is. The portal is very easy to navigate and has many features to use.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

We use Silna health very often and have yet to find something we dislike.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Silna Health saves us time and money. Without Silna we would have to spend an extra 10 hours doing prior authoraztions and it takes time away from the patients. We also feel secure knowing a professional is handling all of the prior authorizations.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

Jeff and Sagar are the most helpful!  They have been great getting our company set up wtih insurance authorizations and verifications and their team is very knowledgable.  They have made the implementation and process very easy on our team. They are also very reasonably priced.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

Because we use a system they were not initially familiar with, there have been questions about where to find certain pieces of informaiton but once that was ironed out, the process continued to be very, very smooth.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Silna has saved us from having to add staff in order to do prior authorizations.  Silna is very reasonably priced and it is more cost effective to partner with Silna than to hire our own staff.

I like that they are fast and accurate and most of all that if you have a question or concern you can contact them directly and they will help you throught the process. There is no audio response or another country that there is a lanuguage barrier.

So far,I absolutely have no negatives to say.

Makes my job alot easier by getting insurance information prior to patient visits

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

Silna has taken hours of administrative work out of my week. I used to spend hours on the phone verifying benefits, following up with prior authorizations, etc. Now I can delegate these tasks and spend more time with patients.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

I don't have any complaints! Communication with Silna has been easy and responses are fast.

Silna helps verify medical benefits for patients and helps obtain prior-authorizations.

We receive our verifications back very quickly with all the information we need.  If we ever have any questions, they are responded to very quickly.

There is nothing to dislike!  We are very satisfied.

Silna is helping us navigate new insurance requirements.  They have also helped us resolve an insurance issue with an exsiting patient.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

The best thing I like about Silna is how much time they have saved me when completing benefits checks, prior authorization. The best of all is they are available by zoom that same day if I request a meeting.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

One of the downsides is that the system can be confusing to navigate when looking through escalations and obtaining patients initial information.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are problem solving some small glitches in the system however overall they are effecient and easy to work with.

The speed at which insurance verification is completed, coupled with the accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

Getting used to putting our patient insurance information in the hands of another company, and knowing it will be accurate. We want to remain dependable to our patients by providing them the most accurate information. It's an adjustment for us but so far Silna has hit the mark.

The Silna team is extremely communicative and open to discussion and suggestions around any processes that will make authorizations simpler for both teams. They are kind and professional, and eager to work together.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

Nothing to dislike. Silna helped create clear processes before we began in order to streamline efficiency and effectiveness. We had some initial pain points, as expected, and those were quickly ironed out due their excellent communication.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Silna is taking over the responsibility of submitting authorization requests from our clinical team. This has taken away the non-billable administrative time from our clinicians which enables them to focus more time on their clients

Super timely and thorough, communication of benifits very clear.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

Downside - don't have a pulse on patient benifits as I am no longer doing the checks
would like better communication about authorizations - not sure what this would look like.
