Their quick responses and thorough support allow us to get the information we need without spending excessive administrative time tracking down benefits ourselves. This has been a huge benefit for our agency because it saves time, reduces stress, and allows us to focus more on serving our clients and families.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

The team behind Silna is exceptional. They're incredibly sharp, competent, and genuinely invested in making sure things work for us. We're a Medicare-covered care management company working with older adults and their families, and insurance verification is one of those critical but complex, time-consuming tasks that used to eat up a disproportionate amount of our team's bandwidth. Silna took that entirely off our plates. What used to require dedicated staff hours every week now just happens, accurately and fast. 

Our codes were new and this was a new domain area we asked Silna to venture into with us. Silna dug in deep here to become experts and truly problem-solved with us. They're extremely responsive and can really dig into the long tail of edge cases with us.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

I would love for them to be able to check two insurances (secondaries) at the same time.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with Medicare patients across complex care coordination workflows, so accurate insurance verification is table stakes for us. Before Silna, this was manual, very complex, slow, and pulled our care team away from the work that actually matters, supporting our patients and their families. Silna handles benefit checks and verifications so our team can focus entirely on care delivery. For a lean growing company like ours, that kind of leverage is everything.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

I like Silna Health for their accuracy and speed in performing benefits checks, which are very valuable to me. Their technology-forward approach makes Silna Health easy to use, and their team is very responsive, which I find essential. The price is fair, and I appreciate their system's ability to help me avoid mistakes in patient eligibility checks, aiding in optimizing our revenue. Their benefits check feature is very good, and they can even help when there are typos or wrong information on a patient's insurance card. I think their system is very smart and reliable, and their operations team is strong. The speed of Silna Health allows us to convert patients faster and communicate pricing confidently in near real-time, which eliminates the need for a full manual verification team. Overall, Silna Health saves a lot of money for my business. The initial setup was super simple, taking only a couple of hours, and I am highly satisfied with their support and service.

I would love for the price to go down a little bit over time, but I also understand that this is something valuable. So I'm willing to pay even the current price, and hopefully, over time, Silna is able to figure out a way to bring the cost down.

The initial setup was super easy, and navigating the system is straightforward.

I think it would be great if they can come up with a way to integrate their system with EMR system providers uses.

I like that Silna Health saves time by handling authorizations for ABA services efficiently. Silna Health's platform is user-friendly and ready to use right from day one, which is a huge timesaver. It's great for following up on several VOBs or authorizations at once, tasks that used to take hours on insurance portals or by phone. The initial setup couldn't have been easier—I just shared a few files with patient and provider data, and they handled the rest.

There are a couple of areas that could be highlighted when there is an update to information and we've let our Silna rep know this and they've taken notes for future enhancements.

Silna Health saves us time on reading and communicating provider documentation errors, is user-friendly from day one, and lets us handle multiple VOBs or authorizations efficiently, avoiding hours on insurance portals and calls.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

How fast it is, and the fact that we do not need to know all the insurance nuances that come with it. If there is an escalation with that insurance, SILNA is quick to reach out to provide that information that is needed. Love that SILNA is very cooperative with our company to helping us utilize it and add little things to help us better navigate the program. I absolutely love the fact that when we get verbal authorization approvals, they attach the recorded call, so we can document what is needed for our company department.

Missing some units, when initially requested, but when we reach out Silna is quick to work on it.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

not having to know every single requirement of that insurance, and avoiding submitting through portals that take a longer time to submit, example North Carolina Medicaid Partners. Quicker to get through our tasks to help provide time on other side projects we have.

Silan Health has been a game-changer for our clinic. The software is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to upload patient insurance information and get fast, accurate verifications of benefits. The ability to build in expected payments has helped us quote deductibles and copays with confidence. Compared to our last billing company, Silan provides more in-depth verifications and a much smoother process overall. Their usage-based pricing model supports our growth, and the staff is consistently helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Attaching PDF downloads to patient files is seamless.

My only wish is that they offered support with workers' compensation insurance.

I appreciate how Silna Health takes responsibility for insurance authorizations and verifications, saving me significant time. It's helpful that they notify us if an authorization is needed prior to treatment and ensure accurate insurance details, which greatly reduces the headache in managing patient setups. Silna Health streamlines the verification process, effectively lightening the workload from my shoulders, ensuring our patients can receive treatment without concerns about payment issues.

I find the process of setting up and ensuring accuracy with Silna Health challenging. Even after six months, I'm still struggling to obtain all the correct insurance information, which is crucial for patient verification and authorization. The system sometimes misses verifying or acknowledging all relevant insurances, such as Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield, leading to incomplete or incorrect verifications. This forces me to double-check verifications frequently, as there are occurrences of incorrect or missed verifications. I would prefer a more streamlined system where I can fully trust the information in the charts without needing to verify its accuracy manually.

**What do you like best about Silna Health?**

Silna was amazing to work with from beginning talks through set up and implementation. It was a super easy integration set up with their minimal data points needed. They are super fast at importing the information in, and their platform is incredibly easy to use. They are always available for support when there are questions. The platform escalations feature is amazing as it gives you clear indication of what needs your attention. The web platform is something your in all the time.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

I didnt really experience any downsides. My one recommendation would be to have tasking assignments for users to align with internal workflows, and ensuring there is a chat or discussion thread on all Silna patients requests.

**What problems is Silna Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are incredibly speedy with auth submission, so it is taking the heavy burden of submitting and having to follow up with payors off our internal team, and allows us to have more of a customer service role with our clients. Additionally, monthly benefit checks for 400+ patients is time consuming, and Silna runs all those patients and identifies changes, additional coverage etc within just a couple of days. They are huge time saver, and reduce administrative burden off internal teams, which allows for less internal team members being needed.

I just wanted to say how much we’ve been enjoying using Silna here at ABS Kids. It’s been such a smooth fit for our team — super easy to pick up, and it’s honestly made our day-to-day work a whole lot easier.

The tools help us stay on top of tasks, track time, and keep things accurate without it feeling like extra work. That’s a big deal for us in such a fast-paced environment.

And seriously, your support team deserves a shoutout — they’ve been quick, helpful, and always friendly whenever we’ve had a question. It makes a huge difference knowing we can count on you all.

The efficiency of the platform, ease of use and the team that handles our company! The biggest upside is verifications are not limited to insurance phone line hours and same day appointments are much more managable.

Certain insurance guidelines and authorization requirements do not get signaled right away and need to be passed on to the Silna team for review and correction. However, the team does a great job at customer support and quickly responds and resolves any issues.

Insurance verification for difficult out of state plans that usually take hours to get a hold of. This is making the process for these patients smooth and seamless!

Working with Silna Health has been amazing; From the very first point of contact, through the trial period, and now as we have competely migrated over we are continuing to recieve the same levels of dedicated support. The product itself is exteremly intuitive to use and provides a service that has saved / is going to save many of our administrative staff countless hours. I have been very impressed with Silna Health so far, and am excited to see how we continue to grow using thier services!

There isn't anything that I would say I dislike at this point in time; Sometimes the website is a little slow? That is about it though!

SIlna is helping us solve an administrative manpower probelm; The  time it would take our staff to call on insurance benefits & work on obtaining prior auth is now being pivoted to focus on higher level issues which we are extremely grateful for. The ease of use and focused migration stages has made this a seemless integration and now we are able to focus on streamlining many of our internal processes.

I wish there was a tab for approved authorizations this month. Sometimes I don’t know it was approved and I have to remember who I submitted recently. It would be great to just click a tab and it tells me about the current month authorizations updated information.

Using Silna is helpful because it consolidates all of the provider portals, phone numbers, fax numbers, emails, or any other means you'd usually use to submit authorization requests  into one easy to access portal. The Silna portal has very friendly UI and is pleasant to use.

I haven't encountered any downsides to Silna yet.

Every insurance company has their own, particular processes and requirements for prior authorization requests and benefit and eligibility checks. Using Silna removes so much of the learning curve required to learn and access these processes, making it much quicker and easier to get what I need to do for my patients completed.

They help us upload and maintain our ABA authorizations. They do try to stay on top of communications too.

There have been issues with how they enter the authorizations into our system. This seems to happen if they have a change in employees on our auths.

We had a high volume of Authorizations to maintain and enter into our system. We brought them on to help ease this load.

I like that the verification process is very smooth and it ensures we have accurate information for our patients.

The only issue for me is the lag time between when we get an email showing a patient is eligible and when the EMR is updated.

Silna has made our intake process much easier and more efficient with accurate information we pass along to potential patients.  It has offloaded our admin team so they are able to focus on other important tasks.  The portal is easy to use and all members of our practice are able to easily integrate it in to our protocols.  We literally use it everyday.  They are incredibly responsive and we plan to grow with them in the future!

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

Honestly, there is no negative feedback.  If there is something we feel is missing or we'd like implemented/improved, Silna develops that feature to be available in their system.

They are able to access both in and out of network benefits for our potential patients and deliver that information in a timely manner.  They are also able to complete authorization protocols and help us track patients accounts so we don't miss opportunities to extend or acquire additional auth.

Great implentation process and attention from the CEO & COO, all questions and concerns quickly addressed. Quick process to provide client demos to upload to Silna. Easy to upload image of patient demos to minimize the # of clicks to enter a new client. Platform very easy to use, ie request benefit checks, auth req, etc. Quick responses from Silna team whenever Sprout staff have a question. Daily benefit checks range from 1-5 in a day and consistently have received updates with 24 business hours. Very important that Silna is staffed by insurance administrators with specific experience in the ABA industry. Understanding the difference between medical benefits vs behavioral benefits and TPAs that handle different aspects of the ABA intake process; mulitple scenarios have presented themselves where only a seasoned ABA insurance coordinator would be able to rectify in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

Not a dislike, feature suggestion when roadmaps allow, in chat future in Silna vs outside emailing. In chat future that can be attached to the client for tracking references.

What I like best about Silna Health is how it has completely streamlined our processes, making tasks easier to delegate and manage across the team. The system has freed up valuable time, allowing us to focus on other important responsibilities. Additionally, their customer service is exceptional, always responsive and helpful. It's the only service we've found that efficiently tracks eligibility and authorizations for us, making it an invaluable tool for our organization.

Silna Health has solved the problem of having too many people acting on tasks without a single source of truth. With their system, we now have a centralized platform where everyone is aligned, which has significantly improved coordination and accountability. It’s also made it easy to track which reports are due, giving us clear visibility and helping avoid missed deadlines. Additionally, the time spent working on report coversheets has been greatly reduced, streamlining our workflow and boosting efficiency across the board.

Silna's platform has made managing elibility and authorizations incredibly seamless for our team. The platform is easy to navigate and has significantly streamlined our processes, especially when it pertains to authorizations and progress reports. This system has saved us so much time on our day to day and the Silna team is always so helpful and engaging. 

The overall implementation was incredibly easy and they walked every step of the way and continue to check in on any questions we may have. They have always made us feel like a priortiy.

I love that Silna offers guidance and support during their trial phase. When meeting with some employees virtually, I felt as though my questions were answered thoroughly and I never felt as though Sunflower was in bad hands.

There was one or two times that the extraction in one of our billing platforms to Silna did not align correctly, but I do not consider this to be SIlna's fault, as technology will always have some faults. What was wonderful is how quickly the issue was resolved by Silna and it hasn't occurred again.

Silna has taken such a big weight off of my shoulders. Being one person, I was having a difficult time keeping up with the prior authorizations and benefit checks as our company has been growing. Now I am much less stressed and feel like I have much more time to do many more important tasks.

By collaborting with Silna, our front desk team can focus on our families and their needs and exeriences. I greatly appreciate the consistent and transparent approach to insurance verifications. The Silna team is always willing to reach out to insurance companies if specific questions arise. They take constructive feedback well and are prompt in their responses. With such a great process, if there are errors, they are easy to identify and get resolved.

**What do you dislike about Silna Health?**

I know our current process for sending a request for an insurance verification was mostly created based on an old system we used with Therapy Partners, however, I feel this process could be better. Filling out the client registration info form seems unnecessary and will the entering of insurance numbers, etc. it leaves room for errors. I would prefer a system where we just send photos of the insurance cards, maybe create a form that contains all necessary info for a verification.  Also, I do wish the monthly MA checks were somehow documented in the individual EMR files. I do not know what that process would look like at this point, it's just more of a want so I do not question whether ones has been done or not. Also, I do find some challenges with determining who is responsible for certain insurance related tasks that pop up. I think we are all still learning how this works so hopefully we have more clarity as we continue to grow.

First off, working with the Silna Health team has been fantastic. Their leaders are professional, thorough, prompt AND are more than "just a vendor". Silna has become an important partner to our ABA Therapy team, completely revamping and improving our authorizations managment and benefit verifications processes, with and for us during an incredibly easy implementation. We appreciated the testing phases, verification of documentation and the attention to detail during the integration process when we were ready to roll out. The Silna Customer Support Team is very quick at starting authorization requests and ensuring they are completed as fast as possible and have drastically reduced the amount of time we were taking internally to complete those tasks. The focus on automation and data analytics sets them apart. Our team receives automated reminders weekly with client authorizations expiring and we are given data reports weekly that shows our progress. Partnering with Silna Health has allowed for a dramatic reduction of administrative time spent by our BCBAs and admin team members with authorization requests, so we can focus on growth and the clients we serve, which has been a major WIN!

There have been no downsides with our partnership at all.

Prior to partnering with Silna Health, our prior authorization process was very "clunky" and inefficient. Our BCBAs had a great deal of responsibility and ownership with authorization requests, follow ups, etc. Now, those BCBAs can utilize the time they spent writing emails, on phone calls or on hold focusing on the superivision and treatment plans for their clients. Members of our Administrative Team have also benefitted from time savings as well. Another important benefit is that we are seeing a vast improvement with earlier auth requests from our BCBAs and staying on track with new auths after Silna Health took over our prior authorization processes.

One aspect I find a little challenging about Silna Helaht is the complex interface which can be difficult to navigate, especially for new users. While the technology itself is advanced, the learing curve assoicated with their systems can be steep and somewhat frusturating, but the more you work with the system it's easy to implemate. Silna team, as always, is always there to help naviagte and help answer questions!

I like that Silna simplifies the process of submitting auths and verifying benefits. Instead of having to login to several different portals, we only have to use Silna and they take care of the rest.  It free's up time for our staff to focus on other tasks.

The customer service has also been top notch. They gave us a dedicated email and they respond very quickly. During the implementation they met with us weekly to ensure a smooth transition. They took care of all the steps to set up the portals under their name and connect the accounts so we can still have access to ours.

They really are great about most things.  There occassionly miss certain things or make minor mistakes, but they are doing better than I can do and are far more efficient.  There is nothing I "dislike" enough that would prevent me from recommending Silna to other's who could benefit from their services.

They have dug in to help us resolve issues with claims due to inaccurate insurance information, helped us navigate insurance plans / companies that were brand new to us and helped sort out confusing insurance plans.
