Silna has become an important partner to our ABA Therapy team, completely revamping and improving our authorizations managment and benefit verifications processes, with and for us during an incredibly easy implementation. We appreciated the testing phases, verification of documentation and the attention to detail during the integration process when we were ready to roll out. The Silna Customer Support Team is very quick at starting authorization requests and ensuring they are completed as fast as possible and have drastically reduced the amount of time we were taking internally to complete those tasks. The focus on automation and data analytics sets them apart. Our team receives automated reminders weekly with client authorizations expiring and we are given data reports weekly that shows our progress. Partnering with Silna Health has allowed for a dramatic reduction of administrative time spent by our BCBAs and admin team members with authorization requests, so we can focus on growth and the clients we serve, which has been a major WIN! They really are great about most things. There occassionly miss certain things or make minor mistakes, but they are doing better than I can do and are far more efficient.
