What do you like best about Siit?

We used Halp for years before Atlasian has acquired it. Since then I was looking for a good alternative, we found it with Siit. The Slack intégration is so powerful and the AI bot is very cool. I will recommand it to any company who is looking to automate its ticketing system in Slack Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siit?

Nothing to dislike but would love an intégration with Google Drive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
