SignRequest is very user-friendly and simple to use as it avoids the guesswork of electronic contractual agreements for verification and signatures. Upon meeting a signature group, it delivers a signed contract final and it includes a toolbar to add information on the correct side. Ensuring that people understand how to view the official paperwork across their accounts, SignRequest makes us able to maintain essential signed documents in a massive, cloud-based tool. I can't really think of anything that I do not like about it. If I had to pick something it would be that it is not entirely compatible with Microsoft Office and some times clients can become confused about how to access the documents to sign them. The software interface was easy to pick up from the start. It was very easy to understand how to take a PDF, add in sign fields and distribute to my team members. I used it for a large group project for one of my classes and it worked seamlessly. For a free software, it has a lot of powerful capabilities. Definitely recommended for an entry level option where you want to distribute electronic documents to sign, without the massive monetary commitment that is required for DocuSign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Of course, with the free version, you do not get all the features of the paid version. SignRequest is somewhat aggressive about pointing out what you need to pay for while you are using the free version, but it is not nearly as obnoxious as most applications that have a paid version. Helpful system for getting signatures on confidential or sensitive topic documents by eliminating the need for in-person meetings. Expedites business deals and other contractual agreements. Nothing bad to say! We are only in the trail stages but have not seen any issues. The only issue on our end is that we are a state run facility that needs extra security on documents - hopefully this is approved and implemented by the state guidelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is easy to upload a document (i.e. a contract, engagement letter), easy to add my e-signature, and easy to send to the other party. No need to print a document, sign, find a scanner, and then email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It slightly altered my heading. The template I used has my logo at the center top and a horizontal line underneath. Half of the horizontal was deleted. I may have to figure out how to lock my template before uploading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
