I have to check to resend out invites to sign manually. They are also constantly doing updates to add features and make things even easier. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** I've had the payment information feature not work for one of our customers so I haven't used it since. It kept saying it was an invalid credit card, but it was a legit credit card number. This may have been fixed now, but I didn't want to inconvenience or confuse any further customers so I stopped using that feature. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to easily expand our customer base by not needing them to physically stop into our office to sign paperwork. It has saved us on postage and was very beneficial for the growth of our company. It was also extremely helpful through the Covid Pandemic when people weren't able to meet in person. ### 12. I like the variety of fields, it makes sending contracts simple, especially the invitations for signers—gives my clients a great impression! **What do you dislike about SignNow?** My biggest issue is that you can’t rename files prior to downloading. Please fix this! Also needs Drive and Dropbox integration, unless I missed this somewhere. And if I could add white space and fresh text in the boiler plate I uploaded, THAT would make my life easier so I wouldn’t have to manually fix this every time I start a new contract. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** It’s really simple and cost effective for solopreneurs to use, but I’d recommend doing some individual contract fixes beforehand uploading them. And that you have to rename files after downloading but hopefully this changes. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have tons of legal documents for my consulting and media business. It’s impossible to track them all in regular cloud storage, and who likes straining their eyes looking for signature fields? I don’t! I use SignNow for both my clients as well as service agreements I sign with other providers like consultants and creatives, NDAs, speaker gig release forms, royalty payments etc. Whether a legal agreement is for my client or a different purpose, I like being able to electronically sign and send in minutes from the same portal and find everything in one place instead of caving in to my horrible executive dysfunction by trawling emails, Drive, my hard drive, etc. **Official Response from Rina P.:** > Dear Rachel, many thanks for your detailed and positive feedback from obviously a very experienced user of SignNow! :) Actually, we do have integrations with both Google Drive and Dropbox. Sign now easily and quickly allows for digital signatures, the software is very intuitive and the price was more affordable for our small business than other solutions. They have a HIPAA-compliant option, which many of the electronic signature providers don't offer. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** Nothing - it's easy to use. I can't think of anything I would change. This was mission-critical software for us during COVID and will continue to be part of our daily processes. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** If reviewing other providers, make sure to ask about their security and whether their software is HIPAA compliant. SignNow offers this, but many others don't - which isn't immediately obvious unless you begin drilling down. Sign Now was also much more responsive to us during the sales process than their competitors. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficient, allows for remote work, easier document storage and client and vendor communication. This was a game-changer for me, as we looked at several solutions and this one was the best fit for us. ### 17. Our team has been able to figure it out and begin implementing SignNow with very little support or training from our team, which saves us time and money. Being able to share documents is a plus, and the document template links was a life-saver during COVID in that it allowed multiple customers to sign and submit documentation without having to customize a form for each of them. The airSlate support and account management teams have been super responsive and handle any questions or issues very quickly. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** That modifying our Enterprise license count has to go through an account manager instead of being able to add/remove seats through our dashboard. Would be nice to be able to make adjustments on the fly and pay for, or get billed for, the additional seats right away. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using signNow for contracts and agreements with customers, getting signoff on contracts, and signatures from the Board on internal policies and procedures. SignNow eased the process greatly. Since it also allowed us to create templates that are automatically populated from Google Sheets data, Citrix Podio and other sources, much of the paperwork-related administration has been reduced. I also think that the platform on a mobile device is very easy to use. I do think that a larger text could be provided for elderly clients. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** amount of emails to confirm whether it has been signed. If I am the signer, I shouldn't be notified twice that I have already signed. It clogs up my inbox. See above for what is not neccessarily a dislike, just more of an idea. I have had some elderly clients in the past, attempt to sign an insurance document from their mobile device, and having a difficult time with it. I also think that many people are used to the platform of Adobe Esign. Some of our companies, locally use it. Their design could be easily replicated or used to make some improvements and upgrades. The only other thing is grouping of documents. It seems there was a recent upgrade from that feature, and it only created more confusion. Naming the document group should be the last question is asks. The most important thing in our industry is grouping the documents in the format that is the most readable for our clients. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** At the time, I haven't experienced any personal issues. Ease of use and timely turn around is a big part of our industry. Those would be the areas of concentration I would recommend. ### 21. The drag and drop feature is also super simple which makes it super easy to get up to speed on. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** Not sure if it's my mouse but some times when I drag and drop a text box or signature field to a template it gets dropped in a different place and its a little difficult to move to the correct spot. Sometimes it ends up creating another text box field or signature and I have to end up deleting it **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are leveraging signnow for our customers and partners to sign partner referral agreements as well as MSA's. The end-user side seems to be easy enough to follow for most. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** Sign Now appears to lack the feature to send a URL to the 2nd party. Many of my meetings are live in tele conference with chat where this would be helpful. Capturing the agreement in real-time is the best time. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** You can't go wrong by using SignNow. The cost for service vs value and features is excellent for any organization. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm finding that more agreements are signed and with a faster turn around as opposed to emailing a PDF or by FAXing an agreement over to collect signatures. Nearly all of our users were able to quickly and easily learn how to use the service. Only a few required some additional hand holding. The interface does not change drastically with updates - which is helpful to keep users familiar with the website. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** We've experienced several issues with our users sending esignature documents via SignNow to clients and the emails ending up in spam folders. Despite working with support on this - we have yet to find a suitable solutions. We've had to instruct clients and users on how to open up their spam filters to SignNow emails and even then, only mixed results.
