What I like most about SignNow is how smoothly it fits into routine clinic processes. I can prepare standard, pre-filled forms such as diet consent forms, online consultation consent, follow-up commitments, and diet plan acknowledgements, and send them for signature without any complexity. Patients only need to sign, which makes the process quick and easy for them as well. Document organization is another strong point. All signed, pending, and completed forms are clearly listed, which helps in maintaining proper records. I like the quick turnaround for signatures and appreciate the standardized system for collecting signatures. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** There is a huge disconnect between signing up on the web and through the App store. The subscriptions do not work the same. Also, when you have a document like a lease that is 30 pages and needs the same initials on each page, you can not copy the fields to all pages - you have to manually add every field on every page. It's also pretty easy and straightforward to navigate. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** I think providing some type of notary would be helpful. Like, some type of area where we could just go directly with the notary. Actually, I do see that there is a notary here. I never realized that before. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SignNow to easily send important documents for e-signature. Only 100 invites are included, and then it's $1 extra for each additional one. For starters, the ability to save a document as a template makes it incredibly easy to reuse. Combined with the price and the simple, easy-to-use UI, it’s a great option for any business. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** My one and only complaint is the lack of compatibility between the smartphone and desktop versions. I have templates saved on the desktop version that don’t automatically appear in the smartphone version for reuse, and there’s no option to sync or add them there, either. It’s very frustrating to have to create the same document template twice. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit for me is time management.
