**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

It works really great, now we are much more confident of what and who we sell and avoid chargeback once and for all. The grading system really helps you go through it.

They have made the system so it's really useful and helpful so that every guy on the team can understand. Also, they validate the payments in no time really trying to help you make quick decisions on whether to send the product or not.

They helped us to filter out some of the other payment methods that have chargeback protection and with this, we avoid having to pay for other transactions.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

Sometimes they don't have the acceptance rate that we would like.

I think that the console can be easier to use since sometimes it's a little confusing to move through the platform and that makes the experience a little bit confusing. 

The conditions and policy to have the money back sometimes it's not the best one.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

How easy the service works, we are able to enter the information regarding the transaction, and the signifyd team takes care of the rest for us. I don't have to reach out to customers for additional information except in extreme cases, and normally the team is able to do additional research based on customer history that allows the order to be guaranteed.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

No major issues at all, the interface works well. The only complaint I have is response time. We have times where we need a transaction reviewed quickly. In the past, we have had issues getting a timely response, however we have been working with the team to fix this problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:**

Signifyd has greatly reduced the amount of time my team spends researching customers and their orders. Our instances of fraud have dropped greatly, and they continue to provide great service. The implementation was easy, and the team responds to questions. They look at additional information we are able to provide about our customers, and they give an educated response, which isn't always a guarantee. We actually left for a few months and based on my recommendation we reengaged the service.

The service saves my team time and gives us peace of mind when taking orders from customers. We no longer spend hours verifying orders. We also have a lot of fraud that would continually come from the same geo-location. We have eliminated a lot of these issues.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

They seem to know who to protect and when and they are flexible if you can provide information on a decline that proves it is a legitimate order. Anytime we have had an issue with a fraudulent order, they have swiftly dealt with the issue, refunding us the money within a few days. They also fight each and every order that is fraudulent with our help. We like knowing that we have protection and can ship orders that we may not have previously shipped without the protection of Signifyd.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

The fees seem to add up pretty quickly and there is no way to only protect certain items. For example, they don't protect digitally delivered goods and half of our items are digital. We have to manually cancel every time someone orders.  Depending on how many software orders we have in any given month this can be a big-time suck for us, but it's nice to know whether or not Signifyd would have approved/not approved them in any case. We can still use that information in deciding whether or not to deliver the items. Other than those few things, there really isn't much that we don't like about Signifyd.

Not much to recommend. It's a plugin and works seamlessly.

We are solving the problem of losing money on fraudulent orders. They have more than paid for themselves over the last year or so that we've been using them.  We've realized that we should have been using a service like this sooner.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

Signifyd is easy to use and has a guaranteed chargeback protection. We utilize Signifyd with each order, which ensures that we are not receiving and sending out fraudulent orders. We are able to implement it with our team and training was really easy. Signifyd plugs in seamlessly with BigCommerce. The interface is easy to navigate and the grading systems makes it simple to determine which orders are legitimate and which ones may be fraudulent. You can't beat the guaranteed system!

Our team does not have any issues with Signifyd, it is easy to use and has a super clean interface.

None, Signifyd is great software!

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have chargeback issues, HUGE deal for us! The ability to authorize teams to check on orders before they're sent out has been a giant help. Before Signifyd we had a chargeback that we were held liable for. We spent hours trying to recoup the money that was lost from the fraudulent orders, only to determine that we were not going to receive it.  The minute fee to ensure that each order is not fraudulent is nothing compared to the loss that may ensue. We tried a few chargeback apps, but none were as easy to use as Signifyd. They had clunky interfaces that were difficult to navigate and train employees or obscure grading systems that took a PhD to decrypt.

They have thousands of brands and you're able to leverage their user data behind the curtain to keep your customers safe and to flag any previously fraudulent customers.

There are no major downsides that I've encountered.

Our clients have many transactions and have a difficult time with bots. Signifyd helps with the prevention of fraud and also helps increase revenue by allowing certain orders, that may have otherwise been falsely flagged as fraudulent, through.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

I like the integration with Shopify; I can search for cases using our store's order numbers which is very convenient.

I like how quickly Signifyd staff respond to both support cases and re-submissions. Most of the time, staff respond to resubmissions with exactly what is needed in order to get an order approved, which is very helpful and saves time in terms of communicating back and forth with the customer for further information.

I like how the Signifyd console looks visually. It's clean, with lots of information on one page, but it's arranged in such a way that it isn't clustered or confusing. The lay out is very logical. It is very simple to get used to, too; I was able to start using Signifyd with minimal training from my boss, and was confident using it by myself after approximately one hour of remote training.

I also like the use of colours - the green and red system allows us to tell if orders have been guaranteed with just a glance. We process thousands of orders, so this really does save us time. Signifyd is transparent like that, and that's one of the reasons we're so found of them.

I also think the the pricing of Signifyd is very fair. It virtually pays for itself in the money it saves us.

The other great thing about Signifyd is how easy it is to use for remote workers. All LFY workers are remote (work from home), and we all use different technology (laptops, desktops, tablets) and different operating systems (Mac and Windows). Despite this, we all find Signifyd equally easy to use, regardless of which device and operating system we use.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

Sometimes, staff decline re-submissions for guarantee without giving an explanation why in the notes section. Also, there is occasionally inconsistencies with guarantees; for example, an order will be declined on Signifyd with seemingly nothing fraudulent, so we will resubmit with no new information, and the case is then approved. This is a little bit confusing, as we can't always see why it was declined in the first place. Apart from this, I don't really have any qualms with Signifyd.

Though, I have found on our browser (Chrome) that the sign-out button doesn't work (its completely unresponsive when we click it). This means we can't log into a different account or log out of our account. However, this isn't a huge issue, but it is something ongoing that I have noticed.

If I could make one suggestion, it would be that Signifyd should work on making the console viewable in split screen. Despite using two monitors, I often have to put Signifyd on half a screen (because I also need our orders page up, alongside emails and notes), but Signifyd only works at a certain size, meaning I have fill most of the screen with the Signifyd page to view it. Again, this is not a deal breaker, but it would be a nice improvement if feasible.

**Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:**

Honestly, it's incredibly worth while. We use this every single work day, Monday to Friday, on every single order we take. If we do have to make a chargeback claim, Signifyd are quick to cover us, and help us produce documents to send to Shopify to support our case (in terms of chargebacks). They (Signifyd) honestly do have their customer's backs.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signifyd is infinitely valuable to our business. It offers protection against fraudulent chargebacks, and allows us to accept more orders to our store, which increases our business. We also find that the reports we receive from Signifyd are much more detailed than the fraud reports we receive from Shopify.

Also, we manually accept orders on our store, and we have a small time frame to accept orders before they expire. Thankfully, due to the quick response time from Signifyd, we can get re-submissions done within the time frame for accepting orders. This means we don't lose sales because we're not waiting weeks for fraud reports / guarantees.

Since we have started combining use of Signifyd with manually accepting orders, our chargebacks have dropped to basically zero. I personally have not seen a single chargeback come through since we started doing both of these things, whereas before we were seeing a couple a week. As every chargeback costs us money (if not guaranteed by Signifyd), the Signifyd program basically pays for itself in the money that it saves us, with the additional bonus of preventing fraud, and making online shopping safer for everyone.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

Excellent app for taking the stress out of manual fraud review for eCommerce. It even provides email updates to you with the approved fraud protection for specific orders.  The dashboard has a tab that  is very helpful to break down each potential fraud case on an individual order.  It even breaks down and tells you  if the customer  that made the purchase off of your website is someone that they have seen in their network of order protection before. I think this is really cutting edge fraud protection at your fingertips vs trying to just look up the customers address on google.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

The minimum monthly sales requirement is very steep for smaller stores or startups.  I run several websites and It was very disappointing  when I found out about the $1,000 fee to them or more in sales monthly requirement. I would request that they maybe offer smaller stores a reduced fee. Other than that I do not feel there is to much not to like about the software. The fees per transaction I feel are reasonable for the guarantee you are going to receive.

You might want to make sure that you store does over the minimum fee requirement of  $1,000

It has saved so much time out of my teams day, vs when they had to manually look at orders to approve for fraud. This can also save hours of work looking info each online sale to check if it is fraudulent. This is a huge plus for sure!

Benefits of Signifyd include always active support and quick feedback over their internal processes and insights. Whenever my team has had a question they've been quick to partner with us for feedback and understanding.

We're a small team where bandwidth becomes an issue by forcing us to prioritize our many tasks. While Signifyd allows us to focus on other aspects of our business that impact revenue growth, they give us the assurance that the revenue earned is protected from fraud. The turn-around time between order entry, review and approval is minimal allowing for guaranteed orders to process timely.

There are occasional glitches shortly after the approval process where the order's status is not updated preventing it from entering the fulfillment process in NetSuite.

Signifyd has allowed us prevent revenue and product loss - they have essentially limited our exposure and have granted us zero liability.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

There are a million things to worry about when running a online store, Signifyd takes the stress and worry away from potential fraudulent orders. This allows me to focus on the most important part of my business, increasing revenue. As revenue and sales increase so does the risk of fraudulent orders so Signifyd scales with your business!

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

The only downside to Signifyd is when orders are rejected due to the customer using an anonymous proxy when making a purchase. Many of these orders are legit as the customer just wants extra privacy and protection when making a purchase but it is difficult for Signifyd to differentiated a real fraudulent proxy order from a customer who just wants privacy.

Signifyd solved my issue of worrying about fraudulent orders and chargebacks. The benefit is less stress and worry so i can focus on growing my business. Another great benefit is getting money back from unexpected fraudulent chargebacks. This has saved my company thousands of dollars! Worth every penny.

The accessibility of this site and how it is easily intergrated along with the fraud protection. On top of that they have amazing customer service. They always have being extremely helpful in answering all of the my customer needs. Along with customer profile updating i.e submitting identification etc.

Nothing I have yet to occur an issue while using their service our company loves Signifyd and all that they do.I believe we have only had 1 or 2 times were we actually had to do back to signify for fradulent purchases and make a claim against our fraud protection but that was back when we first starting working with them. They have definitely grown as a company since then and have stepped up there game in many ways.

Go with Signifyd you will not regret the level of service and dependablity they provide.We have been working with them for a few years and it has made our whole operation a lot smoother. We were fairly new to the online shopping world and we are definitely pleased that we came across Signifyd and had the opportunity to parter up with them.

We are solving our fradulent issues while acquiring fraud protection. We used to do manual credit card, street checks etc. So we would google the customer if the Billing Address did not match the shipping address and then make our best determination at that point including calling the customer. 

Emailing them to verify that there email address relates to their name etc.

The flexibility to tailor your plan based on changed in the business. Manual screening is great when you're a fledgling business, and the automated plan is great once you've scaled. Their team is also really quick and responsive on the few occasions when we've needed to reach out.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

There were a few occasions where an order was flagged that we felt internally shouldn't have been, but overall their triggers were pretty accurate in detecting questionable orders.

**Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:**

This is a great platform for fraud detection/prevention for any size business, particularly in a vertical where there is a high rate of fraud. The flexibilty to tailor your plan based on your needs makes it really nice when you're starting small but are looking to scale.

We have been able to automate our once-manual fraud screening process. Eliminating the pass through of fraudulent orders frees our team up to spend more time providing service to actual customers.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

Signifyd works behind the scenes to accomplish what we are basically doing manually with many orders. We have peace-of-mind knowing that our orders have been vetted and we are covered if there is an issue. The dashboard is clear and easy to use and makes it simple to keep track of orders and approvals. The whole process to implement was also fairly simple.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

Every once in a while, the re-review process can be slow. We have lost an order in this process. Also, the cost of doing business can seem high at times. Would also like to get a clear explanation on what the qualifying terms are for approval. A lot of acronyms are used and it would be helpful to be able to hover over those or click on a "?" icon to see exactly what they mean so when we follow-up with the customer we can get the correct issues fixed.

**Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:**

Good product. Easy implementation. Slight learning curve with the AI to nuances of your particular business, but learning does improve.   

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a large charge-back issue with a few of our products in the last couple years and we were manually investigating orders that we flagged. This was time consuming and some fraud still got through. Signifyd has cut our charge-backs down to $0 in the last year. With an AOV of about $2,500 this is a significant savings. It is also to nice to have confidence that our high value orders ($8,000+) are secure and verified.

I have been very happy in the past 3 years using Signifyd.  Taking away the manual review process and adding the peace of mind has been invaluable to our business and allowed us to scale.  The software is easy to use and I would recommend it to other e-commerce entities.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to spend a TON of time manually verifying orders -  I was usually pretty accurate but not fool-proof, so an occasional order would turn into a charge-back.  As our transaction volume has picked up over the years, it was not feasible to maintain that process manually.  The time saved has been a huge benefit not to mention the peace-of-mind that even if something does get through, Signifyd will cover it!

It is easy to use and fast. It gives reliable information and gives us merchants peace of mind of shipping without fear of chargebacks.
I've had only one chargeback since being on Signifyd, submitted all the information and want along with the process and they reimbursed me.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

Very few times orders don't appear immediately and I have to wait a few minutes.
I didn't like that you weren't able to edit the shipping address but now we're able to do that which is great!

I installed Signifyd after having a couple of chargebacks. I honestly was scared of that happening again so I looked for a solution. Signifyd is all I need to feel safe and ship without fear of chargebacks.

Signifyd is  everything it is advertised to be. It is easy to use and very customer-centric.  If they guarantee an order and it's disputed, they pay you back. It's that simple. If they decline an order, you can send additional information, they are very amenable to reconsidering. They save us a lot of time and money.

Nothing I can think of, I a very happy with the service.

It saves us both time and money. We don't have to pay someone to check orders that we think might be fraudulent and if by chance an order is a fraud and they approved it, they pay us back.

Signifyd opens up more payment and address options for us, so more sales potential.

Just nitpicky stuff.  I would like for the overview page to show approved/declined orders instead of having to click through for it. And be aware that claims are time sensitive, so make you to get them involved in the process right away.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been in business for over 26 years, so we've seen all kinds of fraud. When the credit card companies started holding us accountable for orders shipped to confirmed addresses, we had to cut back to just PayPal as the only acceptable payment method one our website, and we could never ship to a secondary address. Signifyd allows us to accept any of the payment methods they offer, as well as the ability to ship to secondary addresses without fear of a charge back. In our experience so far we have had only one charge back, which Signifyd covered. I like those odds! (We do not process orders that they decline for any reason.)

The easy way to protect online transactions , They have a multi-level layer of protection to check all transactions before being approved ,It has a very efficient customer service and it always helps you to get a good solution. Some of the best thing that it has is that its price is a small one but with great profits for the company as it can save thousands of dollars when protecting against fraudulent transactions that make it lose money, this is the best tool and the best ally for stores electronic commerce online.

In my opinion it is currently closed to a single group of industries, so its current API is not a diversified one where any type of business that wants to add this tool for some types of businesses is not possible, so what I would recommend that it be opened to industries and be more flexible this api since I consider that it is one of the best anti fraud tools that currently exist, I hope that in the very near future they will open their Api for many types of businesses that seek to diversify and protect their online transactions and thus be able to create a safer environment for merchants.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

A wide variety of things. Their customer support is A1 and the console is so easy to use.  They are willing to work with you with whatever you need which is what I like most. For example, PayPal was not something they were willing to take on at first but after some conversation, they agreed to take this on for us.  They are also very flexible with reporting.   If there a report that you cant run within the system they have a team that will be able to assist you in getting this reporting within a few hours.  

Something different that this company does as well that I took a strong liking to is their FLOW events.  They hold these events for all of their clients to get together and network.  They also always have a speaker from large corporations to come and speak.   They explain the struggles they went through and how they overcame those struggles.

The account managers they have working for them are also very friendly and helpful.  Our account has been through about 3 account reps now and we have no complaint about any.  To some, this may be concerning but we were appointed numerous account reps due to the scaling of the company.  It was becoming a bit tough at first (since they were predominantly located on the West Coast) getting in touch with them because of the time difference, but they've now opened up an office on the east coast and appointed us a rep there so we're on the same time zone.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

The reporting section is not so user friendly and there are certain reports that are hard to run, however, they're very easy to get in touch with and can run any requested report within hours. Having to go back into the console when a customer cancels an order and canceling the guarantee request can be a pain at times.  We hope to see in the future integration between our front end (Shopify) and Signify'd where when we make a change in Shopify it automatically does this in Signify'd as well.

After some research, this company seemed to stand out on top for us.  They work with a lot of big industry companies, so the reputability is there.  We decided to give them a chance and don't regret it.   They are willing to work with you on anything which is what I like most.

We are not experts in fighting fraud.  We were wasting a lot of our time fighting chargebacks and getting no results and needed to change this.  Our approval rate significantly increased over the years and the fraud has decreased, so they are doing something right haha.

Their fraud prevention has been tweaked for our company to allow more orders to flow through.  It's been working exceptionally well.

Their console from an admin perspective is lacking.  The module developed for Magento2 is poorly coded and comes with serious bugs.

Works well for fighting fraud.  The system is fairly easy to manage from adding and removing users.  The console is easy enough to navigate and find other users.  Overall, fraud prevention works very well and I can't say enough about how well the system works for that.

On the downside, implementing their magento module was not overly complicated, but very frustrating.  We were online in no time, however, the code they supplied is poorly written and covered in bugs.  We decided to utilize an external party to resolve the issues for us as we've worked with the signifyd devs in the past and 3 years ago they were great with resolving some issues.  The code used to be open on Github for others to view with pull requests and versioning able to be reviewed.  For some reason they decided to remove the issues submission and comments from Git leaving everything behind the scenes.

From a fraud perspective they do exactly that.  From a code perspective, they have a lot to be desired.
Even asking for a dev account that will automatically guarantee purchases aren't doable without dev help.

Logging in and seeing metrics right in front of me that gives me a generally good perspective of where we are at. Can't say that there is anything I dislike. I think there are some improvements that could be made as far as constantly updating dashboards and reporting to become more sophisticated so data manipulation is less dependent on the user. Has brought down our charge back claims significantly while allowing the most customers to place orders. Works well with our e-commerce tools. Customer service is helpful. Without additional fraud protection, we had a lot more charge back claims, like tens of thousands of dollars a month down to just hundreds of dollars in charge back claims.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

It is a significant cost. You have to look at it as a line item expense to the overall order. It will help long term so that you get more orders. However, you have to really learn their rules and play within their system. You have to make claims quickly and the claim must fit their developed rules or you don't get paid back. It takes time, but once you know the rules it can go quick and you get less claims as you go.

SignifyD has reduced our fraud cases significantly. They are worth the expense. Their answers are usually within 24 hrs. and once you know and understand the rules, charge back claims are quick.

It takes us no time to investigate fraud orders.  The false negatives are way below 1% for us.  The ones that do slip by (very few) are very easy to get reimbursed for.  The process is painless.  The system works well for our BigCommerce store.  We've pretty well automated our order fulfillment based on the status changes created by Signifyd.  It flags the bad ones with near perfection.  Our order system doesn't fire based on the order status.  We're able to fix it if there is an error or refund it.  We no longer have to worry about accidentally fulfilling a fraud order due to automation.  We don't spend more than 10 minutes a month checking on fraud now.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

Sometimes it's a little slow.  Rare but it happens.  Also wish it would filter out the Amazon pay and PayPal orders as they have their own guarantee.  We manually have to request these be cancelled or pay for the protection on these as well.  This can be filtered if you don't use the status triggers like we do.

The best part of Signifyd for me is how easy the information provided it to read and that it is able to be connected to things like Whitepages so all I have to do is click the link and it takes me to the info I am looking for. I also like that there is a summary of the info I am looking for at the top of the page.

I miss the chargeback button that used to be at the top by the Guarantee button. I know that it was re-purposed but to me, it was better to be able to differentiate between a chargeback being filed and just a general thumbs down. Sometimes, chargebacks are filed excessively on an account because the customer is angry with a merchant, other times for fraud and even sometimes by accident. I would like to be able to say this was a chargeback, not just thumbs down it which to me makes it look like fraud or a bad order even if its not. I also would like to be able to clarify the type of fraud/chargeback we are seeing. Thumbs down is very basic and simple but its also not helpful to identify account takeover. if we thumbs down for account takeover, it just harms the real customer later with us or other merchants who use this service.

In our first month of online trading we were hit with 2 chargebacks totalling over $1000. The orders looked safe, no red flags but it turns out they were stolen credit cards. We appealed to our payment gateway and to our banks, however we quickly learnt that online retailers are pretty well on their own when it comes to dealing with fraud. That was until we found signifyd, we've been using them now for almost 3 years and haven't looked back. They give us absolute peace of mind when accepting online orders, and on the occasions where we have been met with chargebacks, we have been fully covered by Signifyd. If not for them we may not have been able to continue accepting credit card payments due to the inherent risk with online fraud. I've recommended this to every associate I know, signifyd is an ecommerce stores best friend.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

They only charge based on guaranteed orders. So therefore they have a vested interest in approving as many orders as they can.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

You only have seven days to submit a reimbursement claim for a chargeback. This is a very short amount of time when dealing with holiday orders.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spent checking orders for fraud, second-guessing and possibly turning away legit orders. Increase in order acceptance rate, more confidence in order quality.

The peace of mind of being able to ship every package without worrying about chargebacks.

Not a whole lot to dislike here. Fees are fair and customer service is reliable.

Signifyds fraud prevention tools coupled with their chargeback management is an excellent combination to have for any retail business. Their tools are user friendly and they are quick and responsive to any inquiries you may have.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chargeback management, it was difficult to keep up with the banks in regards to submitting details for chargebacks, however Signifyd makes it easy with their experienced team.

Nothing I can think of. I have found it to be great.

Highly recommend Sygnifyd to anyone running any sort of ecommerce store and getting orders. Sygnifyd is a valuable asset to prevent chargebacks and loss of money.

Allowed us to prevent fraudulent orders and save a lot of time and money.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

The software solution creates time.  Yes, creates time.  They review incoming orders and approve or decline them without me having to spend time manually reviewing all orders hitting our web site.  It provides me the freedom to use that time in a more productive manner.  

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

I reviewed this software before and thought twice before entering this review.  I didn't have anything negative to say in my last review, but I have thought of one point that should be mentioned.  I keep track of all declined orders, so I have a historical record of those declined by Signifyd.  I have found a few...and only a few...repeat orders that Signifyd didn't catch.  The new order indicated that no previous orders have been seen at this retailer (being us), but it wasn't the case.  They might only be checking the email address, but don't bounce all data off their system to search for historical orders (i.e. name, bill to address etc.).  

**Recommendations to others considering Signifyd:**

Use it.  It helps.

**What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of losing money....aka fraud.  Our fraud results were substantially reduced through the use of this tool.

We can be certain that an order is valid if approved.

Giving up 1% of sales is a significant cost.

We have had several attempted fraudulent charges caught by Signifyd, the latest saved us over $9000.
