the fact that they check everything and it doesn't take them days before approving an order.

on rare time the order that customer place are declined, before they check them.

considering how easy and reliable this system is i will recommend more people more people to use it.

having to call the banks for each order that was place an order has made our life a lot easier and now we can concentrate on taken care of any other issues from customer.

With our system it doesn't always smoothly translate over to our orders so I often need to open signifyd to double check if it is indeed approved.

It isn't a money saver ultimately, it is a headache saver. We pay about the same to signifyd as we would to track orders and their approval ourselves, but it is huge in terms of time given back and peace of mind.

**What do you like best about Signifyd?**

I love that we get so much information on the orders and the customers, and that Sig watches for products that have trended as being for fraud orders in the past, and also we get notes on why things are declined.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

There have been some times when items are chargedback while in transit, and as our product is very expensive to ship, it put us in a middle ground where despite being covered by Sig, we lose out.

Very helpful for preventing and ending so many fraud cases we were plagued with before!

Mainly knowing more about where there are fraud hot spots, and also more data about orders.

Signifyd helped free up our resources from be bogged down inspecting orders for possible fraud and also caught plenty of fraudulent orders that would have been shipped under our old system.

I honestly can't think of any downside having Signifyd working on our behalf. they have been rock solid and saved us plenty of money.

Signifyd has the resources to detect fraudulently placed orders and stop them before ever being printed and shipped. They simply have a great program in place that not only saves us from chargebacks, but also free up employees from not only trying to identify fraudulent orders, but dealing with chargebacks from fraudulent orders that were getting through before partnering with Signifyd.

Definitely use this for your business if you plan on doing a lot of eCommerce transactions.

Their are actually two things I like best: 1) Their charge back grantee. It makes me feel way more confident sending and order out when Signifyd has backed it. 2) Their user console is well designed and easy to understand. Everything I need to know about an order is right their for me to find.

So far I have not found anything that I can say makes me dislike their service.

If your looking for a service that you can trust with monitoring and preventing Chargebacks then Signifyd is the one to go with.

As a high-end electronics retailer, we see a significant amount of fraud.  Since integrating with Signifyd, we've been able to save a ton of time and money by automating the process. Support has always been extremely quick and helpful

There's nothing I can think of that we dislike. The integration and processes are seamless and easy to use.  We can easily understand why an order was declined for protection and easily provide additional information to be reconsidered.

Definitely worth the investment - integration was a breeze and support is always great to work with.

Fraud orders are almost non-existent since implementing Signifyd and we've been able to focus on what we do best.  By taking the fraud mitigation off the plates of internal employees, we're more efficient with other processes, saving time and money.

No worries, if there is an issue with a payment Signifyd is quick to resolve it.

It adds a step to our ecommerce process when importing and exporting our sales to our POS.

Signifyd is solving our Fraud issues and assists with making the right decisions on whether an order should be shipped or not.  (fraud prevention and fraud detection) They make recommendations on what to do if they can't determine a decision immediately.

Sometimes the web site can be a little bit slow to load, site could possibly stand to be less complex/flashy to save computer resources

If you find that your CTR (chargeback/transaction ratio) is becoming too high, Signifyd can help you get it back under control

This cut down on the time we spend manually inspecting some of those "grey area" looking orders by a landslide.

We have not found anything to dislike yet. Very content.

We are solving our credit card fraud issues. We used to spend a good amount of time manually inspecting each order from certain geo-locations, or based on other factors that affect fraud likelihood. This solution has automated this process for us, and even caught some orders that may have otherwise slipped through the cracks manually.

Signifyd has made our jobs much easier and safer! Not having Signifyd was difficult for my representatives. It is great knowing there is a team out there, who can appropriately go through each customer's information, and provide great results.

Nothing! Signifyd has changed our way of working. Made our job a lot easier. I have not encountered any problems with this company. They respond very quickly!

The refund is fairly quick. Some flexibility from developers, which recently ended. The data gathering is pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

The lack of tools (exclude certain transactions - by Payment method or Customer ID/Email). Pretty expensive. Our setup is actually not working at full capacity, most orders over a certain amount end up as Verification Required. Many fraud orders still go through. Not very smart - eg: someone places several orders on the same day where shipping is more than a 3rd of the order value = almost certain fraud.

The insurance alone is worth it. It can become expensive due to lack of tools to manage exclusions.

Insures against fraud, we can keep our shipping open to all countries.

we went from over 60 hours of reviewing orders for fraud be for Signifyd. After Signifyd we spend 4 hours a week reviewing fraud. The process is easy and they do all the work for you.

More indepth discussion of why an order was declined the second time.

Our fraud was over 13k a month and now with Signifyd we are down to an average of less than 1k. It has freed up our customer support team to focus on the customer.

The insurance coverage is the best part, the additional order information helps us make quick decisions but ultimately knowing that we're covered is essential to scaling the business.

On a few occassions we've required case review and if the process could be a little bit faster, that would be great.

We have reduced hours of work every week because of the Signifyd and their services.

They need a way to show related orders and history on the order information page. Many of their competitors can do this.

Their dashboard is user friendly, they have great customer support, our systems integrated seamlessly, we can control which orders are sent for review.

The 7 day window to submit a claim. Its somewhat short...

Detecting and avoiding fraud. We have been able to reduce our loss from fraud significantly.

The process of integrating with us was seamless and easy to manage. We found that over time it's come to learn our customer profile exceptionally well and has enhanced our acceptance rate significantly.

At first we found the workflow to be a little difficult, however over time they have introduced new features which have enabled us to more accurately be notified of cases which have been rejected and need review.

We have seen significant reduction in the incident of fraudulent payments in our online store. The console makes it easy in every way to process orders on our site, file claims and communicate with customer support.  

**What do you dislike about Signifyd?**

Hard to think of one thing! My one suggestion would be that customers be offered payment options that do not use third party services like PayPal and Bill.com.

Speeding up the processing of orders and reduction in loss from fraudulent charges.

Sometimes the speed of verifying transactions is slow and customers contact us requesting their order to be processed before they have been verified by Signifyd.

Our team formerly reviewed each incoming order to detect for fraud - Signifyd has saved us a lot of time and made our business more efficient.

I like how it is easy to maneuver around the website.  Everything is simplified.

I do think it has improved but sometimes the case notes are not clear as to what they need to approve the order.

All the information is right there and easy to see. If more information is needed I know exactly what to look and search for.

Denied orders for email addresses are very confusing and especially when everything else looks okay on the order.

Everything is automatic. We don't have to manually approve or decline orders and we can fully trust the program.

The implementation time for our platform took longer than anticipated.
