**What do you like best about Signify Health?**

We can have all information in one platform, the way Remedy segregates with clients and internal is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Signify Health?**

A bit slow, but performance is getting better day by day.

**What problems is Signify Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track all the incident and change at the same time and its very convenient, while working with remedy, its very easy to know your all configuration item in relationship tab.

**What do you like best about Signify Health?**

I am not a big fan of Remedy Tool. The one aspect I like is, I could see that this tool is commonly used in many organizations. So during switching between companies, I don't want to spend much time on learning the Remedy tool.

**What do you dislike about Signify Health?**

It is not a friendly tool for Change management, where it involves many different Teams' support in completing the task. Also, to check the log, we need to open each log to check its content.

**What problems is Signify Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Remedy Partners, we have a customized tool named, SMT (Service Management Tool). We are using this tool across the globe for Incident, Change, Problem Management.
