I like that you can use the add in to include different signatures at the user level. I like seeing the statistics on how many clicks a campaign has received. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** I don't like the way the campaigns are ordered, when you create a new one it comes in at the bottom and you have to manually move it up to the top in order to show it. It's an unnecessary step and would be made simpler if the new campaign popped in at the top of the priority list, and also if you had a drag feature to move it to the top of the priority list. **What problems is Signature 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It standardizes our corporate email signatures and allows us to push out campaign banners at the user, team or company level. ### 2. Templates are easy to setup and customise and the rules to deploy them are straightforward. Love the fact it works across Mobile and Web as well. Maintaining consistent signatures is just such a non-issue now that I would recommend it to anyone. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** Can't think of anything - the fact is it just does what it says on the tin, can't ask for more than that. **What problems is Signature 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping all of the business signatures consistent across the teams. Ability to easily take update requests from the admin team to customise the signatures, create special rules (temporary or otherwise) It saves us heaps of time and effort in chasing users to update signatures, or making sure they aren't changing contact details or titles. Easily the best email signature company I’ve ever used — highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** Not a big deal, but I do wish the analytics side of Signature 365 was a bit more robust. The graphs could be more detailed, and it would be great to see deeper insights since email signatures are a major source of calls and web traffic for us. That said, we’re still able to get the data we need by adding UTM links and tracking through Google Analytics, so it hasn’t been a blocker. A minor drawback is an occasional delay on the user end, where the user may need to wait a second for their signature to populate in Outlook. We like to see our signatures before we send, so we have that option set. I'm able to create multiple signatures and deploy them to individual users or groups with ease. I'm even able to create user-defined variables to give users the optionsof customizing certain aspects of their signatures. Users of on-premise Symprex Signature Manager software can easily import their existing signatures into Signature 365. The engineer assigned to our account when we transitioned to Signature 365 was able to show me a regex that could automatically format all of our phone numbers to the same format, regardless of how the digits were entered into the users' account. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** My only gripe is that this level of functionality is not already baked into Exchange Online. **What problems is Signature 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatic injection of standardized email signatures for all messages sent through Exchange Online, regardless of the client used. When we needed to contact support, they were responsive and were able to answer questions in a way that resolved our issues the first time. We particularly like how flexible Signature 365 is, with the ability to control signatures and campaigns separately, and the ability use different signatures based on user or user group. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** The only major challenge of using Signature 365 is the time to propagate the app via M365 to the end users. This is something outside of their control, however it is not an insignificant consideration. It took a full 72 hours for most users to receive the add-in and be able to use Signature 365. **What problems is Signature 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signature 365 is addressing a major problem for our organization - uniformity of e-mail signatures. Prior to Signature 365, it was difficult to police signatures and ensure consistency of branding. Now, end users don't need to do a thing - it is all controlled centrally and pulls their contact information directly from M365. In addition, it gives us great flexibility in using signatures to market products, services, and announcements without having to rely on the end-user to update their signature settings in Outlook. ### 7. The signatures are added to each user's Outlook through the agent, or the add-in when Outlook online is used. The agent is the more user-friendly way in my opinion, as it inserts the signatures as normal Outlook Signatures - available with 1 click of the mouse. The other way takes a few more clicks, which costs some extra time on each mail you write. Implementation is easy, once connected to M365, the users become available with their fields to use in the signatures. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** Images are corrupted on a regular basis, so we need to upload them again. We recently made the jump to Signature 365 and found that the additional features it offered as well as better integration with online mailboxes made it well worth it. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** The cost increase going from the on-premise Symprex solution to Signature 365 wasn't insignificant. I suppose this is expected these days with subscription services. **What problems is Signature 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signature 365 allows us our Communications Team to manage campaigns without needing our IT team to be involved. Setup and integration with MS365 is very straightforward and customer support was helpful for onboarding. Integration into local installed outlook is also flawless. Allows for many custom signatures in your organisation and supports separate signatures for new and reply emails. Rules are simple to configure and assign the specific signature templates, templates have an easy to understand syntax. It pulls all the required fields from EntraID to be used in the signature. Has all the features you would need at a very competitive price. We use it for over 450 users. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** We are into our second year of Signature 365 and have not experienced any issues, so far so good! **What problems is Signature 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to enforce 1 signature style within the company and stop users from creating a mess. ### 19. We migrated from a earlier product of theirs (Symprex) to Signature 365 to be able to support new outlook (Thanks Microsoft). We had some issues with functions that worked before, but didn't work on their new product. Their support helped us through every single request and implemented new features just for us. Support is absolutely 10/10 **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** Some features we used with their older software was not available on the new one (Signature 365) when we bought it. But as mentioned on" the best part" of the review, their support. The signature format is configured as a table, and there's a gap of a couple of lines after the body of the email. What this means is that for many users if they want to move the cursor down after the email to just above the signature, the text takes on the formatting of the table where the signature resides. The product is more affordable than other solutions we evaluated, without compromising on features. The support team is responsive and helpful—typically replying within an hour. Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly solution that just works. We’re very happy with our move to Signature 365. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** One minor challenge we've encountered is that on some newly installed devices, it can take several hours for the signature to appear. We tried various other competing SaaS signature products and Signature 365 was the best. Was very quick and easy to setup and link to Azure/Entra and deploy signatures to groups. We use outlook on Windows and the signature extension was very simple to add for our entire company. The extension works perfectly, and no agent needs to be installed on the computer. Signatures get injected automatically when sending via our iPhones and show up in the sent items.
