**What do you like best about Signal House?**

I really like Signal House’s customer service department, as well as their demo team. They make the process easy to understand and are there for you at every step of your journey as a startup. There pricing is consdierably better than some competitors as well as there UI. Performance is solid too they again have quick integrations that are easy for someone even new to coding and there intelligence overall helps greatly.

**What do you dislike about Signal House?**

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything about Signal House. The only thing that was a bit challenging for me was finding meeting times that worked. I’m in the Pacific time zone, and a lot of the support team runs on EST or an overseas Southern Asian time zone, so scheduling could take a little extra coordination.

**What do you like best about Signal House?**

What really stood out to us with Signal House was how smooth the entire experience has been compared to other providers we’ve used. From A2P registration to campaign delivery and support, everything just worked without a ton of back-and-forth or technical headaches. The setup process was simple, integrations were easy to get running, and the onboarding felt much more personal and hands-on than what we were used to.

Their support team has also been great. You’re not getting canned responses from people reading scripts — you’re talking to people who actually understand messaging, compliance, and scaling SMS operations. Anytime we’ve needed help or had questions, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

We’ve also seen a noticeable difference in cost and performance. Signal House helped us reduce messaging costs while improving deliverability and overall reliability, which has made a big impact on our day-to-day operations.

Overall, Signal House has been a really solid partner for us. If your business relies heavily on SMS and you want something dependable without all the usual friction, it’s definitely worth considering.

**What do you like best about Signal House?**

My experience onboarding has been smooth, other than hiccups that were not their fault. I also got nearly instant SMS brand approval, after being unable to get it successfully through Go High Level with many tries.
The software is easy to use, it integrates well with my GHL dashboard, and I'm excited to finally be able to communicate with my customer by text -- an important thing when a traveler needs help in the middle of their trip!

Pricing is excellent, less than the direct Twilio numbers. It was easy and fast to setup the approvals, the account, and the dialer. I'm expecting the voice quality and performance to be great as well.

**What do you dislike about Signal House?**

I don't know that I have any downsides. Maybe the porting process could have been a little clearer around time expectations -- but the delays, again, were not their fault but entirely on Go High Level.

Being able to reply to my customers' texts without giving out my personal cell phone number.

**What do you like best about Signal House?**

I find it super easy to get approved with Signal House. My A2P gets approved in like three days, which is amazing. I like that a lot. Their support is very helpful, responding within about five minutes, Monday through Friday, which I really appreciate. The whole process for A2P application is simplified and completed in less than five minutes, making it very efficient. I also think their pricing is pretty much the same as everyone else's, but the speed of approval is what makes it stand out. Setting up Signal House was extremely easy; you just add the app and submit your info for A2P, and it works instantly.

**What do you dislike about Signal House?**

I think that their support team is good, but if it's possible to have, like, Zoom chats with them, that'd be very helpful.

**What problems is Signal House solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Signal House speeds up my A2P approvals within three days and has very helpful support that responds within five minutes. It simplifies the ATP application process and works instantly, making it super helpful for my SMS campaigns.

Support is extremely responsive & good. Not only do these people gurantee their outcome, but the support is so responsive it almost shocks you how quickly they help you and how they solve the problem every time.

The only thing I wish these guys had was the ability to answer and make calls from the mobile Lead Connector app. Right now it is just on desktop. I have sales people that work from the phone, and they have to answer calls on the computer.

They solve the A2P registration problem to ensure you are compliant and get approved the first time. Before I couldn't get any of my sites or my client's sites approved the first time.

I love the support from Signal House; it's really good. They always solve your issues no matter what it is. And I love how it's very easy to use. It was my first time using it when I started my role as a customer service manager, but I learned it very quickly, and there's really nothing too complicated about it. It's valuable that I could really grasp how to use it very quickly, allowing me to be independent, which is essential for my role.

**What do you dislike about Signal House?**

So the only problem I've been having in Signal House is the numbers. For some reason, they are a little bit hard to understand. Like, after I buy a number, they should be appearing on another section called your numbers. And the numbers should be pending there. But for some reason, sometimes it doesn't happen. And I need to wait. I need to contact support, which can get a little bit annoying after it happens more than five times. But I've just solved this issue thanks to Naqi, a support agent!

Also, like any SMS platform at scale, you need to stay on top of compliance and list quality to get the best results.

That said, once everything is dialed in, the platform runs very smoothly and consistently.

I was referred to signal house by a friend due to how fast they get their verification done and how seamless they make it, Deryk was prompt to introduce himself upon signing up, he walked me through everything answered all my questions and I got started immediately was blown away at how easy it is to get verified you can definitely tell they spent a lot of time on the customer experience with the amount of templating in every area that is typically very hard for someone who doesn’t know TCP a compliance. It would be an understatement to say how pleased I am, and how excited I am to scale my telecommunications with signalhouse also their child support even on the lowest tier was instantaneous. Can’t say enough good about these guys.

There were a few UI bugs that needed solving but support was quick to give advice!

I really appreciate the ATP verification system in Signal House for its efficiency and speed. It's very efficient to set up, has fewer bugs overall, and is much cheaper than other options. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and I received support along the way, which was helpful. The support is really great and fast like today when i had a problem and a gentleman by the name Naqi helped me immediately.

When connected to Go High Level, I can't use two numbers at the same time for workflows.

What I like most is how much simpler and cheaper this is compared to Twilio. The setup was easier than I expected and the support team actually helps you instead of just sending you docs.

I use it with GoHighLevel and the integration has been solid. A2P registration, numbers, and campaigns are way less painful than what I dealt with before. Delivery has been good, the dashboard is straightforward, and when something comes up, support responds fast and actually fixes it.

A few small things here and there. Sometimes error messages could be clearer, and there are some features I know they’re still working on. Nothing major, and nothing that’s been a deal breaker for me so far.

Signal House solves the whole headache around SMS, A2P registration, and deliverability. Before this, using Twilio was more expensive, more complicated, and took way more time to manage.

With Signal House, getting numbers approved, setting up campaigns, and actually getting messages delivered is much simpler and more reliable. It saves me a lot of time, lowers my costs, and removes a ton of friction from running SMS for my business and clients.

Also, Deryk has been awesome to work with — he’s super cool, really knows the product inside and out, and makes onboarding way easier than it usually is with tools like this. Having someone like that guiding the setup makes a huge difference.

Overall, I can focus on operations instead of fighting compliance, setup issues, or wondering if messages are even going through.

I find Signal House to be quite affordable, which is important for me. It quickly gets me some compliance, making it efficient for my needs. I appreciate their good support; they are easy to reach and get back to me if I have any problems. Everything about Signal House is quite easy, as they're effectively there to help whenever needed. It's cheaper, easier, and friendlier compared to what I used before, and setting it up is very easy. Overall, everything is great so far with Signal House.

I've been using Signal House since September 2025, and I'm completely satisfied with it. I first learned about the company through YouTube and had the opportunity to meet one of the founders, Jason, who was incredible and helped me understand a great deal about the industry. Signal House consistently goes above and beyond in everything, especially in their customer service. There have been instances when I've leaned on them with questions and concerns not directly related to Signal House's main business, and they've been more than happy to assist. The customer service is second to none, always helping me in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. Their dashboard and analytics are also excellent, providing me with the data I really need. Moreover, Signal House is extremely efficient in A2P 10 DLC registration, offers high delivery rates, and is much better and more cost-effective compared to Twilio. The initial setup was extremely easy. I highly recommend Signal House.

**What do you like best about Signal House?**

We used to use Signal House for a lot of outreach via SMS and reminders, and even with the changes in volume, I've had good experiences with them. Their support team is very active and responsive, always keeping us updated and helping out when needed. I really appreciate their easy setup process for brands and campaigns—it automates a lot of the work, and getting things approved is smooth and quick. The integration with GoHigh Level, which is what we use, is fantastic. They offer good pricing, simplicity, and their system has a plug and play website that is automatically used when setting up campaigns (they also let you use your own), so we've barely had any issues with setting up campaigns. We love that feature. Signal House's better integration and support, especially since we're on their highest plan, also stand out to me.

I don't think I have anything in mind, honestly, except for not being able to have one campaign that applies to multiple subaccounts on GoHighLevel, rather than having to set up a brand and campaigns for each subaccount.

We use Signal House for sending reminders now, but used to use it for a lot of volume. It integrates well with GoHighLevel, has good pricing, is stupid easy to set up campaigns, and offers very responsive support.

I like that Signal House maximizes throughput for SMS messages, which helps our customers send more messages at a higher deliverability rate, increasing conversions to sales. I appreciate their responsive team that really caters to our needs as a CRM business. Switching to Signal House from Twilio was mainly due to the better pricing and throughput, which Signal House offers through their partnership with a more favorable DCA. The initial setup was also very simple, and much easier than alternatives.

The speed of the software dashboard sometimes has issues, though these are few and far between. It would be better if the portal were faster and more responsive. Additionally, making the API integration for CRM businesses more thorough and guided could be an improvement.

I really appreciate Signal House's affordability. It's a big factor for me since we send a lot of SMSes, and it significantly lowers my costs compared to Twilio.

Signal House has some issues being a newer team and obviously in growth stage. There's been some issues over the last couple of months with integrations and other software glitches when I was trying to use it with Go High Level. Also, the initial setup was very challenging. It wasn't integrating, and there was an issue with how to integrate it. It took me over two weeks, about a week and a half, to get it integrated.

Signal House significantly lowers my SMS costs, especially compared to Twilio, which is crucial since we send a lot of SMS to clients.

I find Signal House great for sending SMS because it's very easy to verify campaigns with it. I really like the UI as it allows me to track all the messaging across all the subaccounts, which is super convenient. What makes it stand out is how the registration process for A2P is much easier than what I experienced before with Lead Connector. Additionally, the initial setup is very easy, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Signal House.

I find the limitations with using multiple numbers in a campaign and on a subaccount per workflow like Lead Connector a bit challenging.

I found the initial setup of Signal House to be quite easy. I appreciated receiving a call from the sales representative who was very helpful with everything. This initial support was valuable and facilitated a smooth start.

**What do you dislike about Signal House?**

I find Signal House to be a beginner platform that is not trustworthy at this moment. Despite the promises of having campaigns verified within 72 hours, it actually took nine days per campaign for verification. There's no proper auto-recharge system as it only allows for a recharge of $100, and lacking notifications when funds run out often leads to SMS failures without knowledge. Another major issue was when their DCA shut down, resulting in undelivered messages and being charged without immediate notification. The assurance of faster campaigns and better support was not fulfilled and these issues made me regret switching to Signal House.

Nothing, it created more problems than it actually solved

> Hi Slim, thank you for providing us with honest feedback, it helps us grow! We apologize for the issues you encountered when getting setup with us. It's true, the DCA had an outage due to an issue with Bank of America that had nothing to do with us, but we (along with many other aggregators) were impacted by it.

This also led to campaigns being reviewed outside of the 48-hour window. To be clear, we do have a contract with our DCA where they have to review campaigns within the 48-hour timeframe, but when there's an outage it does extend that beyond what we'd like. 

We're also finishing maintenance on auto-recharge, which should be live in the next week. We hope to see you back soon and win your business back, but wish you the best in the meantime!
