What do you like best about Sign In App?

10to8 was always one of the most robust scheduling apps out there. I have used it for a number of years to schedule the tutoring I do for various educational and religious organizations. It is feature rich, generally easy to use for me and my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

They've sold out their small users. Their new pricing plan starts at a $425 annual tier. That's more than double what I'm paying now for the service. As a sole tutor I just can't justify that level of expense for the relatively small number of bookings I do. To be honest, no product out there compares favorably, and I think Sign-In Scheduling has made a big mistake alienating all their smaller subscribers. While I may like the product, I am unhappy enough that I intend to share that disappointment widely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I use them for my social media marketing company loco IV logos and they are amazing. I'm just trying to get my business going and what I really love is they have a free version that allows my clients to book an appointment through my business website online. Once my business grows I will be able to start paying them for there services, but right now while it's small and just starting they are there for you to help you. What do you dislike about Sign In App?

I really don't have anything that I've found that I don't like yet. They are there through your whole setup walking you through everything and also helping you with different ideas to get your clients and help you get your business going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

We needed to find a new platform to manage our appointment scheduling that could accommodate each staff person's unique hybrid schedule (different days in the office and working remotely), would know which days to offer both in-person and remote appointments vs. remote only, would do a full 2-way calendar sync, and would automatically generate the Zoom links for remote appointments. In researching platforms, I was shocked to discover how few had adapted their platforms during the pandemic to effectively handle hybrid schedules. 10to8 stood out for all of these features, and many more, including the ease of use for clients scheduling appointments and the automated confirmation emails and texts. The customer service/help desk team at 10to8 is quick to respond and always very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend 10to8 for anyone seeking a robust, well-designed online appointment scheduling solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

The only thing I don't like is that the email message sent to us when a client changes their appointment includes the original date and time instead of the newly selected date and time. However, it's easy enough to do a keyword search in our calendars for that client's name to see the new appointment information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

Other booking tools do not have near as many features and tout that they are simple to use. I prefer something I can configure so that I don't have to cover for any mistakes the software might make. 10to8 allows me to customize each step that a client will see. Good UX for my clients is critical to me to ensure that they keep booking over and over! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the design elements are outdated. I would also love to have more login options for my clients. It would be great if they could use their own Gmail or even log in from my website and then be authorized to use the widget when it is embedded on my site! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

One thing that I disliked about using 10to8 was that my Zoom account disconnected by itself. I got an email to sign in and reconnect. When I signed in to do so, Zoom was already synced up and connected. What do you like best about Sign In App?

Our counseling team likes the intergration with google calendar as well as the text reminders so students do NOT need school passes to get out of class. The option to text students additional information is a huge asset! We love the idea that students can book thier own appointments and sign up for workshops. It has saved us countless hours! What do you like best about Sign In App?

Whenever I have had an issue with the software (usually a lack of understanding on my part), the service team has been very responsive to my needs. Additionally, I very much appreciate the fact that once I make an appointment with someone, 10to8 handles all of the follow-up with them. All I have to do is show up for the appointment. What do you like best about Sign In App?

I like being able to upload client reports to the same place where I can check my appointment times/dates, as well as where I can add in my availability. One system for all is much easier for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the uploading availability part a little confusing. It would be easier if there was a specific tab that you could click on called "add availability" and it would be good if you could see the month all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

10 to 8 makes it easier to manage scheduling multiple appointments all within one software. It does take some training to manage the site, but once training is done, one can utilize it and organize schedules to the best that we can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10 to 8 can be a little tricky to navigate if you are not trained properly. The site tends to not communicate well with other sites, like google calendar and when selecting the online booking bar, it takes a while for the information to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
