What do you like best about Sign In App?

How easy it is to use and the reporting is great, especially for multi-sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I don’t allow my students to book their own appointments so I don’t use this app to its full potential, but I put appointments in myself and it sends confirmation text or email plus a reminder ive set for 24 hours prior to appointment at a very reasonable price. Students can accept or reject appointments.

I can import or export student data and appointments.

If you need a scheduling system where your customers can book their own appointments (or if you want to schedule them yourself) and send appointment reminders as well Absolutely have a look at this app.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I think the best feature is the fact that clients can book online easily and I am alerted by text and email when this happens. I also like the Zoom integration - it saves time creating a meeting and sending a link to the client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

The most helpful is the amount of different features there are and how much you can adapt that to your own services. We don't seem to be the perfect fit for using 10to8 however with the amount of flexibility we have made it work for us and the team seems keen to make updates, changes and support us in our 10to8 use. What do you dislike about Sign In App?

Petty things like:

When viewing all staff on all days I can't set the view to stay on "only staff working on this day" when clicking around on 10to8 but have to go into options each time to press that button. As I book appointments for people, at times on the phone, it just delays it that little bit extra.

I would appreciate more views. For example, a view to see all free slots, all free slots for a specific service and when viewing all staff/counsellors I'd like to see what free slots are available. Same as you see free slots in each calendar and in the one day calendar for all.

We don't use repeat appointments as it overloads people with messages about ALL their appointments. It would be better to have one confirmation for a session and how regular the sessions are, e.g. confirmation of app on 15/1 and every week for 5 weeks. Following that reminders only sent for the upcoming session. Similarly if cancelled, one cancellation for all sessions, e.g. Your session has been cancelled, your next session is or your session over the next 5 weeks have been cancelled.

Alternatively a simple choice not to send out cancellation messages for all repeated appointments and customising it.

We would benefit from a waiting area

We would also benefit from adding information when we book for clients. For example what health insurance or company they belong to when booking and how many sessions they've been allocated. Although right now we are using the notes function for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

I was struggling with spreadsheets and emails, and dropping the ball on several occasions. Since implementing 10to8 I have never missed a beat! Reservations are on the rise and no-shows are gone completely. Very little training was involved with staff. Staff caught on and were booking the very next day. What do you dislike about Sign In App?

The three dislikes I did have were fixed promptly with customer service. One was the way the dates scrolled, only one week at a time. This would take way too many clicks for the end user to view available slots months in the future. Customer support fixed this issue within hours of my request. The next was billing. I only wanted the users to pay the deposit and not the whole amount upon booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sign In App?

The ease of scheduling many services (with many staff, and clients), with various people all in one place. Great customisation options as well. Was easy to set up, and any questions I did have were answered and responded to promptly through online customer support (both via email or virtual calls). Our allocated account handler was Dawud who was extremely helpful in working out how to get the most out of 10to8 for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sign In App?

A way to easily view one service type on the calendar would be useful, that way can easily visualise various work we do for our different clients - as these need to be kept separate and unseen from each other. It may have taken a bit of getting used to - setting the software up, however after having a good play around familiarising myself with the features, I love the all the options that are available. I like the clean and intuitive UX of the tool - functionalities are placed where you expect them to be and it makes the use of the tool quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
