So many ways to customise set-up & services and instantly change prices, availability, customer messaging; I love the inclusive SMS and email messaging which is automated but you can also manually send messages and receive replies from customers. They also constantly update and improve features and ask for feedback on how to get better or for useful functions we’d like to see Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Features I’d like to see are an improved booking page where groups of services can be better displayed to make it tidier and easier to see from the customers point of view; and I’d like customers to have the opportunity to pay a deposit or full price of a service including discount coupons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No way to whitelist reminder emails because it changes every time (sender email is a long string of alphanumerical characters in front of @10to8.com) so if you are not paying for a plan that also sends text messages, I'm not sure your customers will get reminders in their true inbox.

I've been using 10to8 for years and have seen all the updates as they've happened. Every single one of them I've liked. I am a coach and use the system regularly. The one feature that really stood out (and was most important to me) was the user interface. I wanted the user to feel comfortable and not confused using a scheduling / appointment system. 10to8 makes it simple for my clients. And the back end is also just as simple. I don't need instructions on how to use it, which is a bonus. Simple integration with my Wordpress site and great interface for both clients and admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few of the challenges I've run into over the years were rectified fast, so I appreciate them staying on top of glitches as they happen (happens with all software). There's only one thing I wish the system would do and that is to limit the number of appointments in a day. Currently, you tell the system your operating / available hours but I have a specific need that when I reach a certain number of appointments, it needs to stop accepting appointments for that day. I've been manually blocking time which is fine, but that one convenient feature, if added, would bring this scheduling system to a 10.
One disappointment I just noticed is that they removed the support chat icon on the admin dashboard. I had to search for their email address to get support. The documentation says the chat icon is still there, but it isn't. That's too bad. The chat icon was so much easier than opening my email program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
